But apple should have provided a higher resolution display and a bigger battery.a phone like this does not need a higher resolution at all, it already has the highest PPI of any iPhone. A denser battery would have been good though, or at least not packing in MagSafe in a phone thinner than the last few generations of iPhones.

Probably some 3rd party manufacturers might make all these MagSafe powerbank. Let's wait and see.
I'm not an iPhone fan and will never ever buy one for myself. But if there were an iPhone close to being interesting, it's this one. There is a niche for compact phones and the 12 mini seems to hit the sweet spot.

Personally I believe that the P30 Pro has a much better camera, but display is about equal to the iPhone. Now, the P30 is going to be significantly larger than this, so if you're looking for a compact phone, the iPhone is for you. I would go for the P30, as it has a larger battery and a better camera, but if you like the Apple ecosystem and a more compact design along with a more powerful CPU then go for the iPhone. (Neither phone is slow though)

I'm biker, so now I have a chance to replace my old Iphone SE(2018). With an good case - charger this will be a perfect smartphone to be used with one hand.

The 2020 iPhone SE is bigger and has a 1821mAh battery. They clearly made an effort to put a bigger battery in there.

By doing that, you keep the benefits of the small width and height of the phone and get amazing battery life at the cost of some extra thickness.

Finally they have gone back to flat edges. The rounded edges were simply designed so that more people would drop their phones and then have to purchase a new one. One of the greatest scams Apple has ever pulled off in order to sell more phones.
