So, if I want to move from android to iPhone and I want a phone with big screen and High refresh rate. This iPhone 16 pro max is my only option.. I also need to buy it overseas if I want it to have a Simcard tray, because Apple is pushing the eSim. I'm not sure if really Apple wants me to be their customer, it doesn't feel like

Pros: Display quality, Multi tasking, best AI (in mobile), and last is Samsung Dex technology which is usfull to connect to external monitor through a type c to hdmi connector cable and the mobile becomes a mini computer.

ranger, 19 Mar 2025not worth it,, battery fast drainingIt's still better than most other phones around even though by small margin.
It's using an OLED, which is more energy efficient than AMOLED and some small optimization, apparently.
It's hard to compare with other Android phones, because most of them have AMOLED and bigger display, closest is Sony Xperia (with smaller display) then you see this iPhone still has like 10 ~ 15 % better battery.

I'm looking for a new phone as my old phone Huawei P30 Pro already stop providing updates and my banking app requires me to have Android 11 and later versions.
So far I'm thinking these three phones:
1. Google Pixel 9 Pro XL
2. iPhone 16 Pro Max
3. Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra
My Major concerns are how's the battery life and charging speeds? I'm using mobile data a lot during work because I'm working onsite.

But if you only charge once a day and have full day battery life, it barely matters. I'm currently using iPhone 16 Pro Max and it gets me whole day through. I get 9-10h SOT for 90-95% battery life.

2 Cameras upgrade to 48 , speakers with better bass , battery , usb, charging speed to 25 , bluetooth, increase display, 8 RAM, spatial sound, etc
I cant understand how comments said the same phone

Smithravi, 14 Mar 2025Pretty sure you must at least notice the battery life. It is a Tank. yes, I mentioned that. Adding more to the content, now i just started using it without screen protector and it gives good vibes. Screen protector increases the borders and they gave me no new feel to 14PM. What surprising for me is the RAW format improvements while doing post processing in Lightroom. In 14PM the color profile is default but in 16PM it is Apple ProRAW which is giving me more color points and other features like flexible noise reduction points, better lens corrections etc. I am not using my A6600 anymore. It is giving me almost similar results with more portable factor.
