Anonymous, 01 Jan 1970Yes it can, there is only one worldwide model.
Telstra uses 850MHz HSDPA and the other companies use 2100MHz.

Anonymous, 04 May 2009that is why you get a battery charger included in the priceI think mark is meaning the lifespan of the battery.
Michla, 04 May 2009hey all, is it a fact dat 3.0 will come with Bluetooth? I doubt that else I think it won't be ... moreYes Michla, the new Iphone OS 3.0 will in fact support bluetooth file transfers. You can transfer contacts and I'm pretty sure pictures and sound and whatnot. People have been saying that video recording will only be available on the next gen iphone supposedly to be released this summer (June 09 maybe?) but at this point when they are getting together new programmers and engineers, it might not happen until next summer. So yes, the current Iphone 3G will more than likely support video and of course video MMS. I hope...
xerox, 04 May 2009I myself have used the iphone and will continue to use it, my only problem is that it does not... morePicture message is Email, just take a picture hit email picture and send,
with 3.0 it will have MMS very expensive and low quality image
stick to email
I myself have used the iphone and will continue to use it, my only problem is that it does not have picture messages.
mark, 04 May 2009that battery won't last forever.that is why you get a battery charger included in the price
Anonymous, 03 May 2009the apps store is a SCHEME.
how many mp3s did itunes store sell? sorry, i'd rather download... moreUmmm...appstore is not for downloading songs...its for downloading apps. Duh??! I think you're referring to iTunes. Apple does not promote piracy so yes, itunes does charge for each song or each album purchased unless it's one of those few they give for free.
This does not mean iPhone users have to buy songs in iTunes to get songs in their phones. We can also download songs from "other sources" and play them on the iphone, but most of us chose not to (FYI..im not part of the 'most'...LOL).
hey all, is it a fact dat 3.0 will come with Bluetooth? I doubt that else I think it won't be fully funtional i.e not for music transfer at best; seing iPhone takes only mp3&m4a's. It'll be a lot of hassel to incorporate that.
But that's not to say I'm looking for Bluetooth anyway. Me I can Bluetooth anytime I want. I just go to cydia store and download ibluetooth. I just don't need it.
Allan, 04 May 2009I guess it's there for you when you have to send your iphone back to apple for a battery repla... moreThe battery is fine I've never bought a replacement battery in my life.
I don't use the camera much I couldn't care less, besides the photos resize when I upload them to facebook anyway.
Anonymous, 03 May 2009Who said I hate it? It's just not very useful except as a spare.I guess it's there for you when you have to send your iphone back to apple for a battery replacement or if you want to take pictures with it's 5 meg with xenon flash.
Anonymous, 03 May 2009Who said I hate it? It's just not very useful except as a spare.Absolutely right I have two of them in case I forget it or one gets stolen as I could not live without one, now that I no longer use the old prehistoric phones like Nokia
Allan, 03 May 2009You said and i quote" stupidity is not letting go of the things you hate" You own an n82!Who said I hate it?
It's just not very useful except as a spare.
Anonymous, 03 May 2009you's are all sad b*stards saying one phone is better than the other, its all down to personal... moreI agree with your comments, when the new iphone is released I will get one and im a nokia user
bad ass phone salesm, 03 May 2009yeah no blue tooth no mms and no forward message function poxy 2 mega pixel camera yeah smart ... morehaha, silly boy you are still talking about iphone "having no bluetooth and mms"?? i think your the last guy having a problem with that for weeks now! its already announced that it will have with the os.3.0 update more that a month already silly boy! all you can cry is the 2mp and the no video record, but nobody cares about it, what it lacks is nothing compared to what it has dumbwity!! how could we sacrifice a faster phone with great UI,
a phone-ipod-psp combined with thousands of useful apps, with a unique software and a great internet device that holds the best touchscreen today and easier to use!! we will sacrifice that just for a 5megapixel camera video phone but with no GPU, low cpu specs will be buggy phone, with bad OS(symbian), with less touchscreen performance, minimal apps, late releasing date, overpriced and complicated to use??!! hahaha!! its all yours sillyboy!! n97 is a failure! nokia is only for midrange phones! they have no talent creating smartphones! n97 is a disgrace to smartphone world!!!
JimCoun, 03 May 2009There are many problems with iPhone. The user cannot send files with bluetooth. That's too bad... moreThat is why they sell millions and millions because people DO NOT CARE about those features, but appreciate the overall user experience internet music device email and so on.
