Someone, 26 Jan 2009Alright alright supposedly the best phone in the world does not have the basics a phone should... moreur a shame coz time of mms and bluetooth is gone. Have u even used iphones email client, its best. Bluetooth is used by those who cant buy their own music and support piracy. And emails are better than mms. U cant understand coz i guess u dont know how to email.

Anonymous, 01 Jan 1970Tell me, how hard u have to press ur nokia 5800 touch screen to perform an action. Iphone is the best. Tell me one thing how many times do u reset ur 5800 in 30 mins. U r just using nokias cheap s##t. Do u feel shame when u take out ur 5800's battery in public when it freezes. Can u even read a word on screen of ur 5800 in sunlight. And dont talk to me about its call volume and quity. Also urs is music phone but can it beat ipod's sound quality-no. So u dont throw urs 5800 to doag rather hit ur head with this cheap copied design of great iphone. U dont even have enough apps to run on 5800. What a shame. Mms is old now its time of emails so we dont need u to send us videos on our iphones. How about emails on nokia- i guess shamefull like u.

Alright alright supposedly the best phone in the world does not have the basics a phone should have like mms, sms forwarding and bluetooth. Apple should have put this on the iphone. BIG MISTAKE although you cant say that the other features on the iphone arent cool like the applications you can download on it. Its entertaining and fun to use its like a little computer has everything besides some of the basics lol, its a shame.

Iphone in Spain is probably gonna run you about 500-600 dollars, or like 600 euros. You might wanna consider just ordering it on Ebay or something.

lets start with the x1 tackie! cheaply made and software faults round every corner!!!
HTC Touch HD comes with a warning remove from pocket before sitting down!! what a load of rubbish!
G1 android phone! the battery life is shocking!! wouldnt bother
n97! the N series the biggest mess nokia could of created with slow software and there big bulky looks.
Finally the iphone....woooo the god of all phones my arse... ye u can get apps for it which you have to pay for rubbish isnt the word!! money making scoundrals!! money grabbing americans!!!

The iphone does now support MMS via the app store.
A long time coming but its there now if you need it.
From my experiance with this handset its the app store that makes it top because there is so much you can do with this handset with 3RD party apps. Before you decide on the handset jump onto itunes and check out the app store and you will be impressed!

T-mobile G1
Nokia N97 (when released)
These are other handset that i think match upto the iphone, so they are worth alook aswell!

I wouldn't buy it, mainly because of the crucial lack (or ... moreHere in Australia, with Vodafone DOA iPhone's are replaced on the spot within the first few weeks of purchase which is exactly like phone's from any other manufacturer, after that they are sent for repair and the turnaround is actually faster than other manufacturers.
In my experience iPhone's have a very low rate of return.

Had it for a month. The most highly over-rated phone.
If you are buying it because its an Apple phone, then think twice.
HTC beats this flat out.

You will probabl end up shelling out about 500-600 bucks for an unlocked Iphone. Just be wary of scam websites and deals.

I wouldn't buy it, mainly because of the crucial lack (or inconvenience)of features like MMS and bluetooth that I use. However, these features don't seem to be of great concern to Iphone fans, who either don't rank them with priority or are happy to get around them with a compromise.
The only thing that really bugs me as a retailer of this phone is Apple's warranty policy and the turn-around on repairs. Try explaining to a customer who just opened the box in store why you can't replace it there and then, but instead have to send it away for several weeks with no loan phone. :/

I imagine txting would be hard if you had big fat man fingers. Lucky for me I don't, so i find texting easy. It's like all phones - they are a bit difficult to use at first then you get used to them.

I want to switch from the nokia 5800 to the iphone 3G but I am a little worried about WAP connection as we don't have EDGE and 3G in our country!
I have read that hacking the proxy.pac can let the wap work,is it true?
