nick, 20 Jan 2009they probably just recycle the same lens so i guess the software must be the reason!Hopefully then, only the software needs an update,unless as was suggested by someone who doesn't favour nokia, the sensor.

iphone is surely a good phone with lots of excitement working with.lots of programs that has nice works to do.but it surely misses some features,such as a good camera,bluetooth(i cant even think about dont having a bluetooth)(btw can we able to send file with bluetooth by installing an application?),loudspekaer,...
but it has its fun things too,like other apples products dont know whether to buy it or not.plz help me.
i love htc touch HD too,but does a winmobile has programs like iphone or not?if it has,i surely got htc touch HD or 4Gmax.(bigger screen,5mp camera,BLUETOOTH...)

The Carl Zeiss thing is just a marketing arrangement.

I got the 5800 for 2 weeks and beleive it's far from being the perfect phone:
-Battery is very poor for a light user like me: 24h
-Screen is dull under direct sunlight(ski,beach and streets in summer) and this is very important for me because I live in a country where we have those 3 80% of the time
-Camera is horrible in low light(greenish and noisy),good in day light
-Bugs all the way,you spend your time doing soft and hard resets
-Apps and specially games(only 3 till now) are rare,only third of S60V3 apps are compatible.
-The screen IS NOT optimised for finger touch BUT for finger NAILS!!!!
-Slow menu,very slow photos sliding
I want to sell it and take an Iphone 3G but I want to know before if it can run a msn messenger app with WAP connection which is very usefull in out of WIFI areas!
ibluetooth should hopefully give the iphone the full bluetooth connection.
Video rec is possible via 3rd party soft
Copy/paste would be possible in fW 2.3
SMS single delete is possible with 3rd party soft

iphone has got a lot issues,my text messaging does not and apple are not prepared to change the phone due them saying its a software problem and they are working on it.if they sent me a new iphone it may have the same problem.o2 have been excellent i recommend them.apples service has been apploying.dont buy an iphone go for anything than an iphone apple are a night mare,they make good product but they do not like to admit that they have a problem on there hands.
