i cant access apples application unless i will sign in on it... but they needs me to pay for so that i can used or i can access it.... is this really needed ? i am exhausting for doing this things coz i thought its free.... anybody can help me why?

Ri, 22 Feb 2012can you be more specific .. i have 4.2.1 also my location blows. most providers are changin... moreSince your using 4.2.1 you must be JB , but did you update your baseband to 6.15. this could help your Wifi and call problems check you tube videos for more help.
