don't buy this phone yet. i bought the new iphone 3g on the 10/08/08 in telstra shop in australia. loved it, enjoyed it until found out that there are too much faults with the phone. 1st the 3g didn't work with the phone, apple had to replace me with the new one. after they replaced me with the new one i had to bl**dy recharged the phone every night even though i don't use the phone much at all.
so after 10 days i was fed up with the phone so brought it back to telstra shop for repair. they took away my phone. didn't even give me the replacement phone, no invoices at all then after a week i went back to ask about the progress, they said it will take at least another 2 weeks until they can give me my phone back.
in conclusion i had my phone for 10 days and it has to be sent away for at least 3 weeks.
what the hell is going on with apple.
so think twice if you want to buy the new iphone people.

Hi All!

I love the iPhone 3.5" wide screen, I love the multi-touch input. I love the iPod player. But I hate:

1). No Bluetooth stereo (A2DP)
2). No expandable memory
3). Not available in Cambodia
4). Not support Khmer language

I bought the N95 - that phone was horrible, it kept rebooting during calls, battery life was very bad. overall a really bad product for the price.

I changed to the N95 8gb - that was such a big improvement over the original N95. bigger screen, longer battery. And I was happy with the phone

I decided to buy the iphone to try it out, but was apprehensive because of the lower specs - no mms, 2mb camera etc

I have been using the iphone for 4 days now, and I have to say, it is the best phone i have ever used.

It took me less than 1 hr to set up everything on the phone. In comparison, it took me 2 to 3 days to set up the N95, with several calls to Nokia (especially issues with the Nokia Maps)

The iphone does everything so well, with nothing much to set up.

The user interface is so well thought out - Apple has better interface designers than Nokia. Nokia assumes you are well versed in technical nitty gritty, Apple assumes you are not

The other big difference for me was the thickness. The N95 in my pocket feels bulky, the iphone is so thin, you almost don't see it. this is a big deal because my pockets already have enough keys, notes etc.. I hate looking like I have a chicken stuffed in my pants

And the amazing thing is that the iphone is cheaper than the N95! (Nokia just launched the N96 at double to triple the price of the iphone - i predict the sales of N96 will be badly affected by the iphone. I was a Nokia fan, but now will not change back to a Nokia)

people..nokia's new n-series line up: n96 and n85 are way better than the iphone. to top it all...the nokia e90 is a powerhouse cellphone device. MY IPHONE IS IN THE DRAWER. It didnt suit my needs so I bought an n95....my next purchase will be the n96.

For your reading guys

http://news.yahoo.com/s/nm/20080828/tc_nm/apple_security_dc

I felt cheated with my iPhone 3G. Knowing that Apple know's of the security flaw and yet sold it to the public.
