I've had mine a couple of weeks, but it has locked up twice which is worrying.
Once the novelty factor wears off, I hope I still like it??????

The iPhone will be arriving in South Africa shortly. If I were to buy one on the internet or get it from a contact of mine in Australia, would the warranties apply here or not? I was told that because it wouldn't be a Vodacom handset they wouldn't, but they are all from Vodafone, so why shouldn't they?

Now, there are so many phones far more... moreyou think this phone is ugly? - have you ever held it or are you just judging from the pictures you see on google? my brother has one and i'm very jealous, he's got the black 16gb one and i played around with it, it's amazing, i love it. I'm getting one. have you ever gotten a reply to a text and forgotten what you texted so you go back and check well with the iphone it's like chat, msn type thing. i love it, but everyone is entitled to their own opinion but if you've never had an iphone you should give it a chance and not be put of by people who've never actually held one and can't afford one. give it a try. x

I have always had SE phones but decided to make a change to the 3G Iphone. What a bad move. I lacks many of the features of most other mobiles. For example on all of my phones I receive a mesage telling me when a text that I have sent is received. If I receive a text I cannot forward it to another mobile. Software cannot be downloaded unless it is licensed by O2.
All in all a poor example of modern technology.

i have to agree with about half the people posting in here it looks smart but it is nothing but crap there is no point in it and the price tag is just stupid

My 3G iPhone cracked! I.e. the casing has fine cracks in it!
The battery time seems really weak too, worse than my W890 (which I still use a lot).
Meh, I'm actually disappointed in the iPhone.
