business week has just announced that many phone companies are seeing a drop in their sales.mobile sellers report samsung phone demand has fallen nearly 10 % and falling.the iphone 3g has become a competitor killer.another research shows that nearly 90 % of youth in the US,16-25yrs want an iphone.the sales speak for the superiority of the iphone 3G.
The BEST phone that I ever had. And I think that noone woun't make this kind of phone GO iPHONE...! U ROCK
Great marketing of this product will ensure reasonable success for this device over the next 2-3 years, but is it really the future of mobile connectivity or a reasonably advanced communications bar with a pleasing GUI with a collossal price tag in comparison to the hardware / software offerings of competitors?
i'm referng to the prepaid were u can buy it on a prepaid 8gb 41,899 and the 16gb 48,899
how come its so expensive here in the philippines??!!i rather buy n95!!
1- Bluetooth incapable to send files

3- While writing a message then pressing home button, what u've wrote is just evaporated
4- Speaker is just too weak, a shame for such device
5- The uploaded pics in PHOTOS are transformed from high resolution to low
6- No Hotmail as an option.

Anonymous, 01 Jan 1970That was in conjunction with a 24 month contract where you pay a minimum amount each month

I'm a big MAC (he...he..) fan, but i have to admit it seems as though other phones have better specs than the apple. I have to just ask - can the iphone load app's like word, excel, powerpoint etc?
Im thinking of buyimg the iphone 3g but i heard a rumour that there is suppose to be an even better one coming out like next year? is there any truth in that?

ur right, iphone cant do somethings like a 100usd cellphone can do like sharing mus... moreYou're half right - touchscreens on phones are nothing new, but multitouch on a phone is somewhat new.
But you're right, even for all the things the iPhone doesn't do, there's plenty it does do and do well. And the lack of MMS/file trading via bluetooth is not a hardware thing, and it's likely to be sorted out in a later firmware update, if it hasn't already been.
Anonymous, 07 Aug 2008i phone 3g???people never get satisfied....id rather buy myself a sack of rice and rely on my ... moreIt's not a question of satisfaction, it's a question of call fidelity and connection quality. 3G networks are more advanced, more capable and can handle more connections than GSM (2G) networks. The signal strength is much higher in a 3G network also.
But whatever. Keep using your GSM phone. I'm sure you'll be plenty satisfied when the 3G/HSDPA phone owners are getting better coverage and services than you are.
just got my iPhone 2 days ago. This is the best phone I've ever owned. It does not lag or freeze. It's just a smooth running phone. As for those complaining about transferring songs via Bluetooth, give me a break, I did not buy this phone so I can transfer songs. Load your own songs on your phone. As for pictures, you can email pictures through your iPhone. It would be nice if the iPhone can transfer songs via bt, but it's not like u got to have that feature. I'm enjoying this phone and that's what matters the most.
yuckieee...cant send pictures and music via blue tooth???what is this stone age era fon???
