Well i am the rich one with the i phone 3g
It aint expensive friend.
Practically speaking iphone 3G is a total crap. Bloody who will buy such an expenseive phone with such a poor camera, no video recording and very few applications that are available. All this phone has is only the looks.Only the interference part is fine. Thats all. I'd better stick to nokia.
CAn anyone tell me how it soundz?
i mean comparable to ipod nano?
This phone is like the BS phone..totally useless, even the bluetooth doesn't work properly, the camera is like a VGA. U better be off buying a Nokia, HTC or Samsung. Apple should keep it by making Ipods, NOT IPHONES

Anonymous, 01 Jan 1970Hahahaha, you are right.
I also wounder why iphone is not supported in many operators around the world, while samsung is!!!
Is it worth buying? I'm looking forward buying this phone and I'm not sure if it's worth buying. I like the design but can someone tell me if the technology is good or worth it?
Hi all
Just wanted to tell you that the 3G service on this phone is really bad. I get a much weaker signal with iPhone 3G then my Sony Ericsson W890. The battery is bad too, it won't even last a day when on 3G.
I'm actually returning it on Monday.
Anonymous, 01 Jan 1970In reply, I am saying that I almost gotten the HTC diamond touch, however the battery life seems to be REALLY BAD, plus it only has 4GB internal memory. NO TV OUT.
To be honest, I am also mixed feelings about the iphone 3G, is ok, not FANTASTIC, if you guys keep comparing N96 then you guys are being a bit unfair as is totally a diffrent phone imo. But comparing it to HTC Diamond touch, Samsung 900 Onmia, The Samsung would be something I would like to look upon if price is comparable. Dont forget, it is only natural a Mac user would buy this phone.
I have to agree some things could have been better, No mms, no video recording in which I heard software update is going to enable it. No built in voice dial but some apps are available. Some crashes, but seriously so will Windows based phones.
So if you want to try Samsung, I will gladly encourage it, as some things will be easier on a Windows user by using that phone.
Personally iphone is Not a bad phone, I have played with N95, I like it as well but it has its limitations on web browsing, which I prefer the iphone for it.
Can it make run Java or symbian applications?
What type of 3rd party applications it can able to tun?
best interface
rest is a peice of sh**
I can tell you all first hand, I sell the iPhone at work. It is a very sexy phone. But overall it is quite crap
just found out that the optus world in chatswood has 16gb iphones in stock for walk-ins they seem to be the only ones around the chatswood area who have them availiable - gotta love the control put out by apple anybody know any other places?
I want to start by saying that this phone is one of the most extraordinary devices out on the market NOW. If you can afford 200 usd to pay for a phone this is the ONLY way to go. The games, music, videos, pictures on the device look like and play like nothing you ever had to experience in your life. I owned windows mobile 5 and 6 phones, java based, flash based, etc.... Never did a device delivered such user experience as the iphone did. It's a must have for anyone how considers himself or herself a truly mobile and fully connected person
Ernest, 08 Aug 2008my old i phone was okbut this new 3g is giving me severe battery problems. tried running it fl... moreyes, the battery drains fast when you do a lot of web browsing. It helps if you turn push email off, that way it would not constantly go online to check emails, unless of course u really need that feature turned on. Minimizing web browsing to only when necessary will extend it's batt life. A lot of times we play with the phone so much, and that's why the battery drains fast. The charger is pretty small, I suggest you take it with you like I do.
my old i phone was okbut this new 3g is giving me severe battery problems. tried running it flat a few times and then re-charging it overnite but with no success.
Has anybody other than me had similar battery life problems?
o2 pre pay propostison will be out at the beginning of 2009, expect to pay anywhere between 350 - 400 for the hand set, the o2 pre pay sim cards are rumoured to come with 6 months inclusive browsing as well :)
