If u compare features with nokia n96,apple iphone 3g is way behind, but the looks n finger touch interface of this phone makes people to compromise with features,
if in future apple iphone is equipped with all features that nokia n96 has then that phone will be the revolutionary phone,
I hope nokia is the best of all might be havin bacup plans to maintain its "BEST"
Anonymous, 01 Jul 2008Doen any1 knows if nokia is producing a good touchscreen like the iphone ?Yes, Nokia produce 5800 XpressMusic with full touchscreen 3.2" TFT 16 Million colours, 3.2 Megapixel camera & Symbian S60 operating system.
obsolete device far far behind Windows Mobile products. strictly for Apple fanboys with one track mind.
Video Calls, 28 Jun 2008Raise your hands people (it's good exercise to get your hands off your mouse) if you have seen... moremost people i know DO have 3G phones, at least half of them occasionally use video calling, though usually only for the fun of it. then again, we've had 3G networks and video calling here in Australia for a good 5 or 6 years, now its available to 94% of the population. I hear USA is a bit behind when it comes to things like 3G networks and high definition digital tv etc.

Yet another war has begun, the 1970's began the Micro Pc revoltution, Mac against the rest of the world (Windows). Now we live in a decade of the mobile revoltuion. I will give it to all you stating apple's lack of innovation, and lapse between integration of already released apps (it still has the best GUI), however the iphone is truely a stylish, leen work of art. I am surely a die hard Blackberry, HTC, Eten and Palm (before windows OS) fan, but truth be told Apple bassically had the best marketing strategy, the phone is great (yes I do also own this), but it has a long way to go, like many of you brilliant commentors stated, no bluetooth, no sim and expansion memory slot, no video calling, low camera pixels, no hand writing recognition, puts this phone as basically just average. PS. it took a year to incorporate 3G networking, bet your buttons all the other apps. that are so desired might come in the latter rather than sooner. OH OH to sum up my little story, the games are lovely, but BTW peeps, most of them were already released on other phones. LG prada, cute but simple phone, was in fact one of the first to have the piano technology.
Cause i can't see myself working with my computer all the time with it.
why they can't just put all the goodies in it and say "you're good to go"
No doubt that the iphone is awesome, but it feels like there's so much to do before you can have it in its full potential. Can't help it but to say that this phone is one application dependent device.
Press, 01 Jul 2008Apple must sell this phone only for Flinstones family.perhaps the robinsons...
for goodness sake, if u okes need info, just do a google search and go do some spadework on ur own on this product, here is no psychologist here to help u people.

You were unaware there are more programmers interested in programming for the iPhone than your Symbian phone? You were unaware the iPhone will soon have far more programs—which will be supported by the network—than your N95? Wow, you must feel really foolish paying so much for it. Well, I'm glad you have realized and admitted the error of your ways. It must have taken a lot for you to do this. You don't have long to wait. On July 11 you can stand in line with all the other folks who wish to come on over to Apple.
I thought my n95 was the best phone that's until my friend showed me his iphone.I was totally unaware you could run apps, boy i was shown some great programs..torrent clients etc the apps were way better the symbian apps i have .This iphone having 3G and GPS receiever has persuaded me to change to apple

Take this challenge: Take your pulse and blood pressure; then, sit down and play with the iPhone for 20 minutes; take your pulse and blood pressure again. It is possible they will both be considerably lower.
Here is a fun game you kids can play at home—and also a great stress reliever: Open up iTunes and use it to play "guess that artist." I bet you people did not know the iPhone could be used as a party game.
