The iPhone absolutely cannot use bluetooth like most phones. It will only work with a headset. And, this has been known for a year! It's also known nothing has changed with regards to this particular spec.

Obviously most people on this site have the lack of patience to read the specs, posts, or articles on this very site.
Delete me if I'm wrong, but I don't think this can use regular bluetooth, like for sending data to other phones. It will have its own, Apple-exclusive means of phone-to-phone communication. That's what I heard.
Anonymous, 17 Jun 2008yes it is $200.00, but the plan may be slightly more expensive...Is it really? You guys would not fool us? Serious, only $200? Honest Injun? Cross your hearts and hope to die? It's not a joke—right? You mean, it's actually posted on the apple.com site for all to see? And, Steve Jobs said it multiple times on video? And, the true price of $200 is posted on so many places on the Internet? And GSM Arena says it's $200? So really, is it only $200?
If the price is posted twenty-seven more times it will have more validity. LOL
Deana, 17 Jun 2008This phone does not support mms.. so you cant send or recive mms.. Do you people ever do any research? Yes, the iPhone will "support" mms on other carriers. Unlock it and load the mms program. Oh, and by the way, there are many posts and articles about the mms workaround.
Anonymous, 16 Jun 2008is it realy cost 200$ or it's a joke from apple plz anybody tell me! yes it is $200.00, but the plan may be slightly more expensive...
Anonymous, 16 Jun 2008is it realy cost 200$ or it's a joke from apple plz anybody tell me! yeah, it's really 200 dollars. :)
and closer to 150 i think if you have a contract with AT&T and renew your contract.
Anonymous, 16 Jun 2008is it realy cost 200$ or it's a joke from apple plz anybody tell me! It is really $199 for the 8 gig and $299 for the 16 gig. They lowered the cost so more people could buy but actually here in the US it almost costs the same if you factor in the cost of the monthly fee/plan that AT&T charges. They increased the data plan to $30/month.

Anonymous, 16 Jun 2008Can anyone tell me where the camera for video-calls is located ? I can't see it anywhere on th... moreThe point of 3G is to be one more than 2G. It's for when you need that extra little bit—and 2G just won't do. Didn't you watch Spinal Tap? I unlocked my iPhone, now it goes to eleven!
Anonymous, 01 Jan 1970Yes, you can get it unlocked for the Air Force, Army, Navy, and soon the Marines. Oh, yeh, NASA too. But, if you work in Hollywood as a studio drummer, you could possibly spontaneously combust if it's in your pocket during a recording session.
is there any version of the iphone 3g that is not sold on contract. coz in am currently not on contract and i prefer that. so can Aplle sell their phones without this corporate branding, ie AT&T, 02 etc
Luis, 16 Jun 2008Brazil has 3G now too. I have one question, where is the camera for the conference?"where is the camera for confrence", there is no camera for confrence. nor is there file sharing over bluetooth or mms
Luis, 16 Jun 2008Brazil has 3G now too. I have one question, where is the camera for the conference?there are no addiotional camera for video call or conference.. there are only single 2MP camera..
For the question about the price! this phone will be offered for 200$ with a 2 year contract with the phone company which will provide it with any of it offers to the customers . so basically its not 200$ for the normal customers.
for the question about the brazil! this phone is 3G Speed not 3G for Video Call ! so there is no cam to make video calls ..

My iPhone is unlocked and working on T-Mobile—and without any issues. Why don't you call T-Mobile and ask them? They have a toll-free number.
