If you ar in US and are looking for used phonesor rarely used phones you may find the same at criagslist(dot)org and then selct your respective city to get the list of available iphones and you may deal with the people directly instead of going through scams and stuff...I have recently bought 2 iphones recently one was a 4 months old used iphone 3G 16 white for $240 and another was 6 months old black 16GB iphone for $220,both were in a very good condition and extremely good...both were unlocked and jailbreak..
try urself...there are many new phones up for sale too but d cost would be more...

if your on ios 4 after jailbreaking it yourself the ways to speed up the performance:
re jailbreak with redsnow 4.0.1 and during the process you get asked what features you want so you need to uncheck wallpaper for background, multitasking, custom boot logo, and bios boot
these slow down the performance due to using up alot of RAM
if you cant rejailbreak the item then the most you could do is turn off spotlight search in settings which helps alot
in my personal experience i turned everything off except cydia while jailberaking and it now works the same before updating to ios4

Is there a site where I can download directly *.ipa file apps in order to sync those after with itunes. I have a low Edge and no Wi-Fi conection but I have very, very fast connection at work office. I can download 200MB in less than 10 minutes. I would like to use this connection to download games and other software directly to my pc for my iphone. If anyone get link let me know. Thanks

You're having problem with a locked iPhone that probably will work only in China (with some specific carrier). You need to "Jailbreak" first then "Unlock" your iPhone.
