After upgrading my iphone 3g OS to 4.0, its functioning very slow. its unlocked and jailbreak already. takes time to slide the apps. please help.

Is there a site where I can download directly *.ipa file apps in order to sync those after with itunes. I have a low Edge and no Wi-Fi conection but I have very, very fast connection at work office. I can download 200MB in less than 10 minutes. I would like to use this connection to download games and other software directly to my pc for my iphone. If anyone get link let me know. Thanks

You're having problem with a locked iPhone that probably will work only in China (with some specific carrier). You need to "Jailbreak" first then "Unlock" your iPhone.

Leaving the charger plugged into the elec. plug in wall does not harm the charger.
For the Internet problem try turning your phone off, wait a little, then turn it back on, and look for either a Blue E symbol or a blue 3G symbol. If that doesn't work then try updating the software with the latest update.

@sophie..well u can easly upgrade ur iphone...first connect the iphone with itunes wait for a while the i will show you update option click on that but make sure that u are not using unlocked iphone. u must have a valid at&t sim card or the sim which is come along with iphone.
