I really need to buy a phone this month. The only choices in my budget are the iPhone 3GS, The Galaxy S and the Desire S? I'm kinda inclined towards the 3GS for the awesome music (I know that voodoo app in the Galaxy S makes it better, but I don't know rooting or flashing, as I have never owned an android before), but will it be a problem because it is outdated? The internals are better than most phones which cost 50% less, but this is an apple, with stellar build and battery n stuff. What should I do?

go to settings>general>keyboard. you can't erase all your contacts using the iphone. you can erase it all by syncing it to the itunes. all your files from your 3gs can be retrieved if you have sync it to the itunes. then you can transfer all your files, messages, contacts to your 4g when you sync it to the itunes.

Can anyone advise on to how to switch off auto-correct on this phone, secondly the easiest way to delete contacts, lastly when am upgrading to iphone 4, how to clear everything from the 3GS , and load it on the new iphone eg contacts msgs photos and anything that I would like to have on the new phone

The phone is awesome and almost has no backdrops(except it needed a flash)..But with 3rd party camera apps u won't need that too..The camera quality is superior than that of a 5Mp nokia phone..The only thing with apple is that u must know to use it to its maximum potential which is limitless(U can use it well enough only if u know how to jailbreak it so u can get the best of its apps)..Its sleek body and Ultra superior touch(Almost 0 ms delay) can not be defeated even by the latest phones of today's generation..With the upgradation to Ios 4.3.3 u can get multi-tasking which is really cool for such an old phone(released 2yrs a ago)..Apple always potrays the best of art combined with technology..
