[deleted post]Htc hd2 has a very impressive spec sheet, but the downside of it is its winmo OS. I say that because based on some recent reviews, users find it a frustrating device to use due to its erratic behavior. But if watching movies on your phone is something that you prioritize on a phone, I think the HTC hd2 would still be a better choice for you. But if you're looking for a phone that's consistently dependable for web browsing, email, and 3rd party apps, I think the iphone would be a better choice.

What is it in the iphone OS' software engineering that makes it basic compared to android? Are you a software engineer that you think you have the authority to determine which OS is basic? Or are you just a jealous x10 user who envies the iphone success over your x10 device?

Battery, I must admit, is not the iPhone's greatest feature. Unfortunatley the more a phone can do these days the more battery it consumes. This is common in many smart phones. I must admit the iPod doesnt consume my battery up that much, which is great, its the games that do the most damage, but thats understandable.
I cant really say much about the Storm2 as I havent used it. Your best bet is to do some research on the Storm2 by going into their forum, do some Google search results, and also going into your local mobile phone store and asking them if you can have a play around with both phones, also asking them for their opinion on the battery life of the Storm2 compared to the iPhone.

However, IMO the iPhone is so much better to use. Its so much more responsive, it feels more solid, its more user friendly, the overall experience is far better.
Before getting the iPhone I was of the same opinion as you, but after the iPhone my opinion has surely changed.

I would like to know if there are subtypes of iPhone, such as there are with for example the Nokia N95, where there is an N95-1 for Asia and Europe, an N95-3 for the US market, and an N95-2 (for I don't know). These phones have primarily different bands or frequency ranges for 3G. So a N95-1 will be incapable of 3G operation in the US, as will a N95-3 when you attempt to use it in Asia.
So aside from SIM unlock issues I would like to know if a iPhone purchase from AT&T in the US would be the same hardware as an iPhone purchased from Globe Telcom in the Philippines. Both those telcoms are the "exclusive authorizd distributors" in their respective countries
if u don't like iphone,a new smart phone called "Lenovo Lephone" will be lauched in the market.
it's an android base, with 3.7 inch screen & have a 480 x 800 display. The processor speed up to 1 GHz.
there are two things that it could have since it is this new. 1. videocall camera. 2. camera could be at least 5 mp but it takes some good pictures even with 3.2.
I say to all concerned bring the opponent with the quality, features, and performance specially touch. Iphone stands unmatched.

Sometimes depends more on which mobile network your with as well. Mine has been pretty much ok except for a couple of spots where I get No Service.
May be a good idea to switch off 3G unless you need it. If the problems still continue, without a doubt an Apple Genius at your local Apple store will help you.
