Free calls from iPhone to iPhone is a device feature.
If some1 ask me if iPhone can make videocalls, i would say yes, it can. Conected in a Skype account, through fring, and covered by a Wi-Fi network.

In my opinion, new standard for smartphone must have AMOLED Screen, at least 720p HD video recording, at least 8MP Cam, 1GHz processor, HSDPA 7.2MBps HSUPA 5.76MBps, enhanced built-in GPS wl A-GPS, 5.1 surround, at least 32GB on board memory.
