Anonymous, 27 Oct 2009The MOST RETIRED Phone to date!!!
only alive due to hype and false advertising!^.^
(btw, t... more+1 for you.
I learned few things from apple. The best is how to steal from customers and other companies and still get away with it.
Love the comments from the haters on here, it is obvious most have never used or even touched the iPhone . There are Apple fanboys and Nokia/Sony etc. Fanboys and they will slag each others phone off till the bitter end even when they don't know anything about it. I used to hate the iPhone as it had nothing a modern phone has. The 3Gs is a leap forward and prefer it over my N95 and Sony X1 anyday. Just got mine and now Apple have got it right at last. Needed jailbreaking to get it perfect though just to add a few simple visual tweaks that would have been easy for Apple to include to start with. But jailbraking (even with the new firmware 3.1.2) is a simple 1 button click.
I can honestly say now that after trying all the major brands the iPhone is one of the best if not the best phone out there. Could do with a flash on the camera though. 9/10
pp buying iphone just to show off bcos it is expensive, stupid, the apple name is a symbol of low tech
Anonymous, 28 Oct 2009i just thinck about moto droid ??!! What if you're not in America and there is no CDMA in your country, how will you use a Verizon Droid?
Besides it can't multitask like the iPhone as soon as a call comes in the data connection is lost.
I like being able to consult websites, check a website or consult google maps while in a call, I don't want to have to hang up then call back.
Stupid Verizon Droid with no multitasking.
So wt if u can affort nt 1 but 10 iPhone... If u dun like iPhone... Buy 10 of it and throw away since u so rich. . . Stubborn!
I'd hate to say it... But i still cant find a phone on the market
that would be more suitable for me than the iphone...
Had them ever since first release, and im not entirely happy
with it, but there is simply nothing better at the moment.
Apps are second to none, and touch screen and language
support is top of the line straight out of the box...
But i do have an idea.... If Sony would ditch their Erricson
name and make PSPs with 3g hsdpa capability, that will
certainly challenge the iphone, but thats not gonna happen,
so im stuck with my 3gs lol

iphone 3gs is greater than iphone 3g, but not greater than any other high end phone.btw for ur knowledge, apple is not in the world top ten.
for many time i say, i am not jealous n aford not only 1 but 10 iphone or more, n i will never buy it ,it is not worth to buy that expensive with low tech feature phone .
Anonymous, 01 Jan 1970Maybe they will enable some jailed features on the next iphone. Then the ripping off begins. Again.

It just sold 7.4 million units during the last quarter. Apple does not need to make excuses as to which features they decide to put in now and which ones for later. A lot of users still think it's worth the buy. But if you think that there are more exciting devices out there than the iphone, then get those devices :) People buy the iphone because it delivers great performance on what features it offers. The iphone also gives you access to more 3rd party apps than any other devices. That means a lot to many users. What good is a high end device if you have limited 3rd party apps? People like you have been saying that the iphone's sales will drop, yet it hasn't. What's the sense about bringing up all of those other smartphones? People will buy the device that they think is best for them. And if 3rd party apps are important to a user, they would more than likely favor the iphone over any devices. 1ghz cpu is great, but what good is that if I lose all the apps that I have uploaded to my iphone? The next gen iphone will more than likely have a 1ghz cpu, so I'd rather wait for that.

"allegation |ˌaliˈgā sh ən|
a claim or assertion that someone has done something illegal or wrong, typically one made without proof : he made allegations of corruption against the administration | allegations that the army was operating a shoot-to-kill policy.
ORIGIN late Middle English : from Latin allegatio(n-), from allegare ‘allege.’
An allegation (also called adduction) is a claim of a fact by a party in a pleading, which the party claims to be able to prove. Allegations remain assertions without proof, until they can be proved.
There are also marriage allegations: marriage bonds and allegations exist for couples who applied to marry by licence. They do not exist for couples who married by banns. The marriage allegation was the document in which the couple alleged (or frequently just the groom alleged on behalf of both of them) that there were no impediments to the marriage.
Generally in a civil complaint a plaintiff alleges facts sufficient to establish all the elements of the claim and thus states a cause of action. The plaintiff must then carry the burden of proof and the burden of persuasion in order to succeed in the lawsuit.
A defendant can allege affirmative defenses in its answer to the complaint.
Other allegations are required in a pleading to establish the correct jurisdiction, personal jurisdiction and subject matter jurisdiction.
Disjunctive allegations are allegations in a pleading joined together by an "or". In a complaint, disjunctive allegations are usually per se defective because such a pleading does not put the party on notice of which allegations they must defend.
On the other hand, defendants often plead in the alternative by listing seemingly inconsistent defenses. For example, "I did not do the crime", "if I did, I didn't know", or "even if I did know, I've got a good excuse". Such a pleading may be considered disjunctive and may be permissible.

The iPhone is getting more and more successful every year.
Apple makes 32% of the world's handset revenue.
Everywhere people want them, they don't want geek phones that are incomprehensible to use and sell themselves on how much they can fit in a specs sheet, they want iPhones.
