Anonymous, 04 Oct 2009Blank CD's and DVD's are there so you can save your PERSONAL music and videos into it, not for... moreAre you so blind you cant understand my point. CD and DVD burners just encourage people to copy music and movies for friends. How much do you think that goes on? Probably a lot! We will have to make our prisons really big.I've never done it and i dont even own any burners. Chill out.

Anonymous, 04 Oct 2009Huh, I will point my finger to any criminal whether they're iphone owners or not. I legitimat... moreYeah right and you buy all your music to.Hypocrite.
I've paid for nokia nav b4 on my n95 and phisloc remote.
Got this iphone 3gs for almost a month now and i would say it's a cool phone except for these few things. aside from these few things, the phone is perfect for me.
1. you can't cutomize the message tone. you can only choose from the 6 defaults which are too too short.
2. if you turn on the bluetooth, it can't read the other phone brands.
3. calendar alert tone is also too too short and you can't customize it as well. i need to have a longer tone because i use my calendar for reminding me of things to do and when i'm busy and it alerts me and since the alert tone is too short, i sometimes miss it.
so these are my little and minor complaints about this iphone 3gs. hope this helps to those who are planning to buy.
Anonymous, 04 Oct 2009And why would some iphone users bother you? What's bothersome are haters like you who have no... moreWhat are you on about??? I am not bitter and full of hate, that seems like you from what I have read. I have this particular phone and have voiced my opinion of it here so that other people can have an informed decision on whether or not they should purchase, just as I did before making up my mind. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .. . . . . . . .
The phone has a great touch screen and does everything pretty well but it does lack a lot of basic features that many Nokia users will be used to as standard for years such as no bluetooth file transfer, no fm radio, can't use Vodafone live etc... The other problem is that a lot of biased people such as this anonymous (their comments are that bad that they rarely even put a name to it) has written a worthless comment of no value to anyone and that seems to be the mainstream iphone user with their head deep in the sand. Kudos to those Nokia users who give the iphone fanboys a hard time, but the iphone aint all that bad.
Anonymous, 04 Oct 2009Ummm, everyone knows that Apple is strongly against jailbreaking and are working hard against ... moreHave you ever tried to remove the CUSTOM NETWORK software (e.g. Orange, Vodafone, T-Mobile, O2 etc) from a Nokia, Samsung, LG?
It's not as easy as you are making out, what is easy is bricking your phone or exposing your PC to viruses when downloading the cracking software.
So why don't you stop with the b*llsh*t myths.
Anonymous, 04 Oct 2009My n97 cost less then most other places where i live so that shows the garmin wasnt charged.I ... moreBlank CD's and DVD's are there so you can save your PERSONAL music and videos into it, not for piracy purposes. It's people with criminal minds like you who maliciously use it for crimes :) I can't believe you would ask that question like you think that the purpose of those blank CD's and DVD's are for illegal copying of music and videos, lol. Just shows how a low life thing you are :)
Anonymous, 04 Oct 2009Well when the guy where i bought my phone put it on i knew nothing of it being pirated,he's no... moreHuh, I will point my finger to any criminal whether they're iphone owners or not. I legitimately purchased my iphone and everything that came with it, unlike you who only bought yours from a store and was loaded with pirated apps :) You're a criminal :)
Anonymous, 04 Oct 2009Yeah jailbreaking something iphone users are good for.Ummm, everyone knows that Apple is strongly against jailbreaking and are working hard against it, unlike Nokia, Samsung, LG, etc who could care less.
Anonymous, 04 Oct 2009If you read the nokia nav is free for 3 months after that it costs but the Garmin is always free.Well I don't care if your Garmin is free for 3 months or whatever. My car has a navigation system, so it does not matter. As for you, again, no one is forcing you to buy any apps from the Apple App Store. You're just hating.
Anonymous, 04 Oct 2009Didn't Canada have some stupid law where you paid an extra tax on blank CD's to cover piracy?Yes their was an extra tax on CD's to cover piracy.
Anonymous, 04 Oct 2009Didn't Canada have some stupid law where you paid an extra tax on blank CD's to cover piracy? You would agree thats good if the money went to the artist somehow.
Anonymous, 04 Oct 2009People have the freedom to choose whether to be criminals, they just shouldn't advertise it in... moreThe other item on freeware/pirated and so on is you have no comeback if it damages any electronic device..Who you going to complain too??I use all real legal stuff but i suppose getting free themes wallpapers is legal but again mobile9 can mess n-series devices..

Anonymous, 04 Oct 2009People have the freedom to choose whether to be criminals, they just shouldn't advertise it in... moreMy n97 cost less then most other places where i live so that shows the garmin wasnt charged.I didnt ask for it,they told me it was something they offered. Now if he said its 50 dollars for germin that hes pirated thats worse, cause he's making money out of something he can do for nothing. What about back in the day when people used to give a blank cassette tape to someone so an album could be recorded? What about Limewire? What about CD players that record? Why are their blank CD's? DVD players that record.
Anonymous, 04 Oct 2009People have the freedom to choose whether to be criminals, they just shouldn't advertise it in... moreWell when the guy where i bought my phone put it on i knew nothing of it being pirated,he's not going to tell me that obviously.Yes you have a point, but this other guy cant point a finger at nokia users when some iphone users do the same thing.
