i had my hans on iphone in many occasions. have you had yours on... moreYes I have used the 5800 and N97 many times, the interface is horrible and non-responsive, bits and pieces are all over the place, it freezes and drops calls, they are awful phones to use, if the iPhone cost ten times more I'd still buy it anD you know what?
It'd be worth every cent.
My contract is expired and im thinking of getting the new Iphone 3Gs, but am not sure if its worth it. I am also looking at the Palm Pre, and Blackbarry Storm.
I am currently using the Nokia N95 and love it.
Any comments or suggestions would be great.
Mike, 23 Sep 2009Listen up people. I am an OWNER of an iPhone for ALMOST A YEAR which means what I say actually... moreah, jumping with coclusions.
i had my hans on iphone in many occasions. have you had yours on nokia 5800, for example?
yes, iphone is faster, simplier, more powerfull, intuitive, loads of apps bla bla. but when you get used to nokia, you start charish it's little secrets also. even the resistive touchscreen that can come handy in cold, and gives me way more confidence damage-wise, for it's flexible surface (the screen is better than iphone's, btw, because of the uncomparable pixel density)
and bottom line - it's THREE TIMES cheaper than iphone!!!
i rest my case.
as for your arguments, they are ok, but just superficially.
come on, truly, use your imagination, and admit that there can be like million situations when things like card slot, removable battery and bluetooth..even flashlight, can turn out to be precious

You said you use kensington.I have a car charger as well, but the only time i plugged it in was to see if it worked. The n96 was a flop for not providing a stronger battery then the n95, plus i thought the n96 held no appeal for the eyes.

The 3GS has 1219 mAh, and the 2G and 3G have 1150 mAh batteries, which aren't 'weak'.
You'll find that the majority of phones are below this.
Such as the 950mAh N96 battery.

If you can only bench press 40 pounds you are weak(iphone3gs battery). If you can bench press 225 pounds you are strong. (n97 1500 MAH battery) Kapeesh?
