People who want to complain about the price of something obviously should be looking for something that's more affordable.
Anonymous, 01 Jan 1970you must be joking?! No wonder you want to sell it..

any one can help ,, i wanna get an i phone 3gs locked or unlocked ..,, iam from egypt and prices here too much ,almost 600-700 US dollars..,,thnx
Anonymous, 01 Jan 1970Hey Sander: When you buy a phone through AT&T or Tmobile, it is "locked" which means it can only be used on that one network. To unlock a phone is to make it so that the phone will use a sim card from ANY network (Tmobile OR AT&T OR anything). Usually Iphones are never unlocked legitimately, they are usually unlocked by hacking into the phone software (search for "Iphone unlock" on google or youtube and you'll see how it works). You can buy them unlocked sometimes but they cost alot more. There isn't much of a reason to unlock a phone unless you want to use it in another country on another sim card or something. As far as Iphone goes, its probably better just to get it from AT&T for 200-300 US dollars and just be done with it. Unlocking isn't very difficult, but you just want to be sure its what you need to do. Goodluck :)

If you have the 3g, then its not a big change. But if you want an iPhone thats really really great, then I'd wait until next year and see what they create. I personally think this phone is good enough and worth getting. It can only get better from here on out.

Also, after 2 years of using iphone the battery will get worse and worse, but apple wont let your recover it. So basically if the battery dies on you, you can throw away you eur1000 device.
How do you look at this?
Pompe, 07 Aug 2009i have used alot of phones, Nokia, SE, Samsung, O2. Out of above phones, i just loved the easi... moreTks mate, it's helping me as i'm getting ready to make the jump fom Nokia to Apple myself
i have used alot of phones, Nokia, SE, Samsung, O2. Out of above phones, i just loved the easiness of using nokia. Nokia pcsuite is great, syncing is fast and easy.
My last X-Nokia was N97. Cool phone, looked fancy but same old symbian os. Its like i got BORED of it in 24 hrs, just like other nokias.
So i decided to take a chance and bought my first iphone 3gs. And from the first day it was a blast. the interface is smooth as silk, i mean SMOOTH. I logged on to itunes, got same games and apps. My experience was like using a new gadget, nothing compared to mobile phones in the past. Ofcourse there is no flash, but what u get in return is just awesome. Once u start using the iphone and get used to the speed, i dont think u can go back to using nokia or SE. Thumbs up to apple.... gr8 iphone
i hope this review will help some of u who want to experience mobile phones in a new way....
