rapmaster p is my name ask me again and il tell you the same. master p and the biscuit boys.
What a brilliant BRILLIANT phone. I upgraded from a Nokia E90, which I have to admit was a terrific phone, which has given great service over 2 years, with no faults, and allowed me to take my office away from the office.
This iphone is even better, and handles email, and calls etc in a much better way than the E90. It also syncs very easily with my Pc's and even better than E90 with my car a Merc.
The screen payour and fonts etc of the iPhone are better and easier to read than anything I have used
inclusing E90, Samsung i900, SE 910 etc, etc.
Of course the music/video ipod is simmply streets ahead of anything else, and the apps capabilities is just unbelievable. With 32G I have all my CD plus a few DVD onboard and lots of room to spare
Calls are handled quite well, with no issues on call qulaity etc.
A few critisms, there is no multitasking like the E90, however maybe this is good, because I would run out of memory with so many apps open. Also reading in harsh sunlight is not great.
The iPhone gps is better than the E90 built in gps and garmin gps. GPS 3rd party apps are increibly useful.
Typing with the touch screen is great too. as easy as the mini qwerty keyboard of the E90, when used in lanscape orientation.
Software updates thorugh iTunes is painless and quite transparent.
Last thing - the ear phones supplied are very uncomfortable, - sorted out with a great set of brilliant souding Bose earphones.
Anonymous, 07 Aug 2009Even apple admits to the overheating problem. Why cant you?so i see you are preventing the iphone hardly, however, if you really think it's good, just keep it with yourself, and no need to attack the other comments, unless you work for apple

People who want to complain about the price of something obviously should be looking for something that's more affordable.

any one can help ,, i wanna get an i phone 3gs locked or unlocked ..,, iam from egypt and prices here too much ,almost 600-700 US dollars..,,thnx
Anonymous, 01 Jan 1970Hey Sander: When you buy a phone through AT&T or Tmobile, it is "locked" which means it can only be used on that one network. To unlock a phone is to make it so that the phone will use a sim card from ANY network (Tmobile OR AT&T OR anything). Usually Iphones are never unlocked legitimately, they are usually unlocked by hacking into the phone software (search for "Iphone unlock" on google or youtube and you'll see how it works). You can buy them unlocked sometimes but they cost alot more. There isn't much of a reason to unlock a phone unless you want to use it in another country on another sim card or something. As far as Iphone goes, its probably better just to get it from AT&T for 200-300 US dollars and just be done with it. Unlocking isn't very difficult, but you just want to be sure its what you need to do. Goodluck :)
Anonymous, 07 Aug 2009True, also why is the upgrade of the 3gs so small, I mean there are certain improvements like ... moreTrue the 3GS isn't very different from the 3G but for a future owner or a iPhone 1gen owner, the 3gs is a very good buy. If you have the 3g, then its not a big change. But if you want an iPhone thats really really great, then I'd wait until next year and see what they create. I personally think this phone is good enough and worth getting. It can only get better from here on out.
