copy contacts to gmail > then using itunes sync contacts and select google account from the drop down menu

It's your money; just make sure you have a good look around GSM Arena at the other phones that cost the same, in case there's one that suits your needs better or has much better specifications (more storage for example) first.

Cant compare both galaxy ace and apple iphone4 are totally in different legaeus. performance wise iphone is much better...then galaxy ace is. Even the processor of iphone is more powwerful. while ace hangs at times...though ace has android market. and android os its a good option as well. :)
