Nachiket, 05 Jul 2011hey guys I am planning to buy an I-phone4 withing this week.. can you please suggest me wheth... moreThe iPhone 4 has outdated hardware, they will release a new one soon. For that price, get the s2, if you can, or the LG optimus 2x. You can also look at the HTC sensation.
This phone is too good to be true. I wonder what the improvements will be in the next iPhone... Well except Bluetooth and other stuff like uuum , ok mr Steve jobs please don't forget fm radio. I really don't know what the problem is with you and fm or are you quarrelling? That said, this is a fantastic phone. I recomend it to anybody at all, it plays music like an iPod, plays videos perfectly, I really have not been using my laptop to browse the Internet ever since I got this, the retina display is stunning, crisp clear sharp resolution, and when it comes to gaming, come on. Has anybody played nova 2 or asphalt 6 on this phone? mr Steve jobs, nice work there ok, I would like to work with you someday. You are a great guy and i like your ideas.kudos to your engineers and designers too.guys, this is MY opinion ok. I know some other great device out there too or who wouldn't like Sony Ericsson arc, galaxy 2, blackberry torch, lg optimus prime oops. lol or htc hd7, desire hd... They are all nice piece of work. Just pick the one that works for you and enjoy.no hassles or arguments.
Peace to all mankind.
Nachiket, 05 Jul 2011hey guys I am planning to buy an I-phone4 withing this week.. can you please suggest me wheth... moreDepends on how you use your phone or what you actually need it for. Iphone is nice use with right apps.
BDDHK, 05 Jul 2011It depends on your choice & view and ofcourse how will you use it. Just reading an opinion... morei thought the iphone 3G and the 3GS looked pretty tacky.
the iphone 1G and the iphone 4 look fantastic
iphone 4 has been an overrated handest and solely hyped to re-gain expenses paid out by apple to patent the technology used for the handset. the iphone 5 is going to be a much superior and user friendly handset and reprorted to be out of design and in production by february 2012
Nachiket, 05 Jul 2011hey guys
I am planning to buy an I-phone4 withing this week.. can you please suggest me wheth... moreIt depends on your choice & view and ofcourse how will you use it. Just reading an opinion, rightly said, some prefer automatic car & some prefer modified, it depends on the driver.
I have used iPhone3, SGS1, checked iPhone4 and lastly bought SGS2 last week because I found myself as on modified side.
Mechanically SGS2 is way better (1.2GHz dual core), RAM, ROM, slim, lighter, Super AMOLED plus screen.
But iPhone4 has the posh image, look, style.
Ask yourself which side are you? This is only my view; many may not agree.
By the way, it is also my opinion that eventually, a sort of convergence will occur, and technologies will come to the point where not much differentiates them.
In a way, it has sort of happened to the PC and laptop industry. I remember friends bragging about getting the latest laptop, cos they had 4MB RAM, when the norm was 2MB. LOL hilarious when I think about it now.
I guess, one day we might look at these conversations and laugh about it, as we play with our 3D Hologram Supercomputer Jetpack Terminator Teleporter Lightsaber Wristwatches hehehe. Then again, maybe the rival version would be 0.0001 seconds faster, and a whole new flame war would begin hehe.
Enjoy your tech!
nick, 05 Jul 2011also for those of you who buy the newest iphone when it comes out, doesnt the same old menu st... moreI can only answer for myself, and not other iPhone users.
My answer is no, because I don't consider the iPhone as an adventure to be rediscovered each time I buy one. I do enjoy the new experiences new and interesting apps bring me.
It has been said before that the most beautiful design interface is the invisible one. In this respect, iPhone does that by being very simple, and more importantly, very intuitive. You will find scores of youtube videos of babies and toddlers all playing with iPads. This is an indication of the simplicity of use, which is one of Apple's design objectives.
Nothing wrong with preferring Android of course. Just different philosophies. Some people like to drive Automatic, and some people like to modify cars.
Is one better than the other? It all depends on the driver's preference.
also for those of you who buy the newest iphone when it comes out, doesnt the same old menu structure get really really really boring?
Anonymous, 05 Jul 2011No he probably meant iOS 5. The OS that Google is getting increasingly worried about.
Unif... morei agree the wide range or proccessors available on android handsets does hold the gaming potential back. The SGS2 is much more powerful than the iphone4, but it cant use that potential for gaming. Dont get me wrong, it is still wonderfully useful in the general operation of the phone.
and yeah the android tablets apps havent got going yet. Maybe developers are waiting for ICS 4.0?
but either way, as it stands right now, android is a lot more fun to use than ios5, which looks the same as any other ios device. the ability to customise just about anything makes it far less boring and a high end android smartphone will always browse the web/playback media/run apps quicker than the iphone4.
