the screen is nicer to look at!
the phone is buttery smooth, even when render flash in the browser!
the phone is impossibly thin
you want user experience?! IOS4 is the most dull OS since blackberry os!

As devices grow more and more powerful, emphasis will move to the user experience. In the end, specs will be less and less relevant, and it becomes a matter of personal choice.
