Ive been a Nokia user for 10 years, and have always been loyal to them but with the latest Nokia symbian phones that have come out ive just lost all faith the software issues are just ridiculous! i also work for nokia and they have the best BASIC phones no doubt!! But for smartphones the iphone 4 ticks all boxes for me, ive had it for a few months now and its been a real gem! no problems and no software glitches like the nokia smartphones! Recomend to all to get this phone if they want a real smartphone!

i-tunes is not available in my country(Nigeria) and this is really making my iphone4 kind of useless... and i have bought this pone for that main purpose of downloading... please help me urgently!!!

Can anyone advise PLEASE
I bought an iPhone 4 from a guy who purchased it from France.
The iphone is locked on Orange France.
The guy is back to France and will declare the phone has lost in order Orange can replace him a new one.
Meantime I bought a factory unlock code.
All I wanted to know whether it can be factory unlocked or I can never make call!!

I've been using iphone 4 for almost 3 months now. It is a nice handset, lots of fun. Here is my comments..
1- Battery life is not good enough for such a device that is designed for internet browsing, multimedia, social networks, chatting, etc.. these things need a powerfull battery or otherwise the charger has to be hooked all the time.
2- very simple functions are missing.. such as missed call notification, group profiling, silent and general mode customization. People claim that app store has all the applications needed. This statement is true if we talk in a broad sense, but when it comes to reality these applications do not do what you buy them for. I downloaded a missed call notification application, when I started it, it had a notice saying that due to apple bug, Autolock in the iphone settigns/general must be set to Never. I bough another application for group profiles, to find out that this application does not support group ring tone. for missed calls, one needs to keep pressing the key to see if there is a missed call. such functions are basic even in the cheapest none smart phones. One can not customize the silent or general modes. I was very happy using the Nokia single beep tone and I found out that many people liked it too. There is no chance for users to customize any thing. I loose quite an amount of money every month just for mistakingly touching voicmail icon because there no call confirmation option.
But all in all using iphone 4 is a nice experience.

I have placed a mophie case/external battery on he phone which now feels like a truck in my hand in order to obtain power more than the usual 24 hours that the normal battery lasts without use!! (it is working on roaming and the use is very limited to 1-2 calls a day)
Worst demonstration of technology at an otherwise nice phone

On d payment options there will be a none option. Then poof apple id has been created.

Still stuck with a below avarage loudspeaker, battery, processor... screen is good BUT it's tiny!
just picked up the Atrix. I gave my iPhone to my friend for free because it wasn't worth my time...
I like Apple, I have been using their computers since 1982, but they're mobile devices are not up to par for me. iPad 2- 0.7mp back camera... seriously.

tine, 01 Apr 2011guyz how do i exit such open applications and games??coz they dont have an exit option Y_YUse the home button to originally exit the application. then double press the home again, and a line of all your open apps will appear. press and hol one of them, until a cross shows, then tap the cross to properly close application.

Battery tests are always carried out by sites to verify claims by manufacturers so they know not to exaggerate or get exposed. In general, Apple products tend to live up to their battery life claims very well, and sometimes even exceeding them.
