hey im planning to buy new phone, but im really confused as to which one to buy, i have option netween Iphone4,and Nokia N8. I know 2 different handset, no comkparison, but please if some1 can seriously help me which one should i go for, i love both handsets but cant makeup my mind, and after reading all the opinion for both the handsets im all the more confused. please tel me what to do?

Anonymous, 05 Mar 2011Gsmarena you are wrong about the battery...the iphone 4 battery is very very bad. it is in sta... moreyou are wrong buddy, my iphone 4 last pretty long, dont use wallpapers with a lot of detail, especially not HD wallpapers, my battery would die quick also untill i put normal wallpapers and reduced the brightness just a little.

Instead of bashing out another, it will be better if this forum will only be made for iPhone 4 users ONLY. This forum is created to resolve issues with regards to iPhone 4 users and exchange ideas/tips on how to maximize and enjoy the unit. Also, we should be thankful that in this age of technology, we are blessed to enjoy and experience the most modern and advanced form of communication...the mobile phones. Whatever brand or model you have and you are enjoying using it, be thankful because in other parts of the world, they dont have anything at all.

Gsmarena you are wrong about the battery...the iphone 4 battery is very very bad. it is in standby 1 day and using wifi and games 3-4 hours.i thought it was just mine that is wrong but all the users, cuple of my friends,forums and everyone is having the same issue.

1. Apple sold roughly 16 million iPhone 4s. If the majority faced the problems you say, surely the media would not have let go of the antenna issue.
2. AnandTech ran their own tests and stated that Consumer Reports were exaggerating.
3. The iPhone 4 came up tops in customer satisfaction surveys.
With an objective mind, put the above together and form a logical conclusion. Do I say you lie about your friends? No. Is it possible there are defective iPhone 4s? Of course, every manufacturer faces this. Either return and get a replacement, get a refund, throw it away and get an Android etc. What I don't get is why you are crying so hard, over a phone experience, that isn't even yours?

I've been using iphone since 3rd gen. I've been using iphone 4 for about 3 months, there is no issue for me. no antenna issue, no drop call. everything just work perfectly for me. and all of my relatives who use iphone 4 also got no issue. may be me and all of my relatives are lucky to have bought a non-defective iphone.

Same here, I have used the first batch iPhone 4 since day 1 without a case with no problems.
