Can anyone tell me if Ipod (any) will resume playback from where you left it?
eg. if i stopped it on track 14 will it resume from 14 the next time??

Go for the ipghone 4 its a brilliant phone. The n8 is good for taking pictures but the iphone just as good.

A new wave of phones are now coming over the horizon. If you can wait for a 2-3 months, I suggest you do so, as the iPhone 5 is coming, which will bring with it a host of improvements.
New phones from Nokia, Android are also on the way, and all bring improvements in performance and features. Might be worth the wait.

However, a few differences may make a difference in your choice.
Just being general here, but if you love playing games on the phone for example, you may prefer the iPhone with its wealth of quality titles.
If you are particular about camera for example, both are good, but the Nokia may have the edge with higher megapixel count etc.
However, if its just for general use, and you are not super concerned about using it to its max, both will serve you well, and it just boils down to a personal choice.

Anonymous, 05 Mar 2011Gsmarena you are wrong about the battery...the iphone 4 battery is very very bad. it is in sta... moreyou are wrong buddy, my iphone 4 last pretty long, dont use wallpapers with a lot of detail, especially not HD wallpapers, my battery would die quick also untill i put normal wallpapers and reduced the brightness just a little.

This forum is created to resolve issues with regards to iPhone 4 users and exchange ideas/tips on how to maximize and enjoy the unit. Also, we should be thankful that in this age of technology, we are blessed to enjoy and experience the most modern and advanced form of communication...the mobile phones. Whatever brand or model you have and you are enjoying using it, be thankful because in other parts of the world, they dont have anything at all.

Gsmarena you are wrong about the battery...the iphone 4 battery is very very bad. it is in standby 1 day and using wifi and games 3-4 hours.i thought it was just mine that is wrong but all the users, cuple of my friends,forums and everyone is having the same issue.

1. Apple sold roughly 16 million iPhone 4s. If the majority faced the problems you say, surely the media would not have let go of the antenna issue.
2. AnandTech ran their own tests and stated that Consumer Reports were exaggerating.
3. The iPhone 4 came up tops in customer satisfaction surveys.
With an objective mind, put the above together and form a logical conclusion. Do I say you lie about your friends? No. Is it possible there are defective iPhone 4s? Of course, every manufacturer faces this. Either return and get a replacement, get a refund, throw it away and get an Android etc. What I don't get is why you are crying so hard, over a phone experience, that isn't even yours?
