I weigh 136.also a Doctor and i get a poor signal.and a friend of mind with a nokia n8 gets a perfect signal in the same building. Can you explain that?????

This phone is popular because it is easy for Americans to use,It is a kids phone with 1000s of useless apps. Nokia N8 FOR THINKERS NOT FOLLOWERS.Which is why its so popular in North America. OOOOH

All phones have antennagate. So worse than others. The iphone's antennagate is obviously not a big deal. It hasn't halted the iphone4's sales, and still remains strong even now. The ones who are complaining more about it are non iphone4 users like you, which I find very funny and stupid :) i mean how can a non iphone4 user complain about something that they do not own. Let me guess what your reply would be! "I used to have it and then I exchanged it for an n8"' or, "My girlfriend has the iphone4". Geez, you haters are so predictable :)

I was giving my honest opinion on the Iphone 4 and for you to say that my friends hang up on me to get a life, well that accounts almost 50% on the people on this forum! JRF, 28 Dec 2010I have my iPhone without a case to "protect" the signal strength, and I haven't drop... moreUnless you stand and live right underneath a 3G mast...I struggle to obtain a proper signal and it's not down to the network either as my other phone BB has 5/5 bars signal and Iphone HAD 1/5 BOTH on same network! Now that's saying something! I had issues trying to use the web in an office on Iphone and was sitting next to a window! What good is that?

That was a big concern when buying my phone. I even cup the whole phone and barely drop a bar or two.

Ok, let's start....the phone itself is great....BUT that is only good in terms of retina screen and apps but nothing else! IF you want to make a call which is the whole and intended purpose, you find that the signal is VERY weak! Oh, for all those Iphone lovers thinking I'm an Iphone hater....well don't just read my comment....(Clare) go to ANY Apple shop and test the signal yourself! The Iphone is absoulte RUBBISH and when you need to make a call....you'll find that your call will either drop or cannot obtain a signal! Other than that the Iphone is a true mobile multimedia device! Personally it's too big for a phone and too small for a mini computer! If you notice why do SO many people carry multiple devices around ie IPod, two mobiles, camera etc....you'll need to carry an extra phone to make that call! Course IF you buy the Iphone! Good luck with your decision!
