I am facing problem with my iPhone4. It gets locked very often. Somebody told me to use the voice control mode. Once i tried and succeeded. But it happened again. I went to Apple service center. They told that it was a feature that when the start button gets touched thrice it gets locked and has to be opened by voice control. They did something and told that when it happens again i should use voice control and go to settings and deactivate the voice control mode. But since it was a feature then in my opinion the feature should be used. I tried this again and voice control remained activated and again it got locked again despite best efforts i could open it and even the menu window does not appear.I also noticed that as soon as i used voice control it dialed some outgoing number and showed 'outward call'. this was strange that a call god made even without my intending to call somebody. Please somebody advise what should be done as troubleshoot in such cases. I purchased this phone only in june 14 and it is giving trouble for more than a month now.

friends plz help me i shall be very thankful.
i bought used iphone 4 for my daughter for gaming purpose.
its ringer volume is aloud & clear,when she talks on call others also can hear her aloud & clear.
but volume for songs is extremely low,its voice memo also does not work,but if speakers are faulty then how come sound is loud on speaker on mode during call?
plz tell where is problem coz its about month old and i cant give it back.

no!dont ask apple to update it to ios 8 bcoz iphone 4 is very laggy on ios7 .
