Jail breaking is bad too do and such talk of this is not good to new people Jailbreaking can cause funny Spots and maybe a small battery fire. The term is bad and sounds like Apple is a jail when it's a nice place to visit.

Google is being investigated in the EU for anti-competitive behavior, they make money by selling user information to advertisers.
They also broke the license agreement wit Sun regarding Java, they knew Sun was on the ropes and couldn't do anything about it, Oracle stepped in, bought Sun and is now suing Google.
All together Google is a rather nasty company, with their "Do no evil" mantra leading a flock of brainwashed fanbois sheep.
