The Iphone will have locked to whatever network the original sim it held was. You'll need to pay to have the handset unlocked.

My iPhone 4(32GB) is plugged into the charger, and it clearly states that it is on charge, but the battery life has continued to decrease so much that it has turned off, but it won't turn back on as it has too low of a charge, but it says that it is charging. HELP.

I am unable to remember my password, hence not able to unlock my iphone 4. I am told by experts that I wont be able to use it again. Does this mean I will end up binning my phone and this, with all the data that I had stored on it? Can apple provide a way round this since I believe I'm not alone. There could be people out there suffering the same quietly!

this phone is amazing,i have it and its not new its realy scrached but it works pretty damn well,no laggs,no slowdown,games play well and earphones works normaly and it can be normaly updated on ios 7.1
