Nobody believe in this story anymore dude. I would say that is something other more important..stalling as much as they can to prolong court decision. After all sword above Apple head is more than couple billion $ weight. So.. stall and transfer lawsuit out of USA to hide and minimize stockholders nervous. Otherwise...dust and bust!

Which one is ... morehey. in my opinion. i'll choose the galaxy S whichh i'm having. because its lighter than iphone 4. hmm. it atcually depends on what aspect on the phone you are looking for. good HD features or good apps or whatever. its really your own preference to choose on what you like. cause before i bought my galaxy S i took the Desire,iphone 4 and galaxy S and play. and i chose the galaxy S coz its less fragile and the colours are nice. but the iphone 4 is very fragile.

Another thing, i have all my contacts in my nokia phone contacts by group... morei think jailbroken iphone can snyc contacts with googles. i am not sure how and if it will work with iphone4 but ive done this in iphone 3g. after jailbreak it suddenly snyc to googles and ive even transfered this contacts to my htc hero after snyc in googles also.

Another thing, i have all my contacts in my nokia phone contacts by group... I need all the contacts... How do i load to iphone?? I do a backup at my microsd card... But then iphone cannot insert card... So how?? Or do i have to send business card one by one?? Wa... 900 contacts... I die.... After sending one by one.... Any advise??

i think it is the best at the min but just dont like the fact that you have to buy most things through apple on the 4 i think apple are very smart. I own the 4 but i think apple as a company are con artist. im not takin nothing away from there phone because before i owned one i hated them and now iv got one iv changed my mind its a very good peice of kit. but i just wich i could have the exact same fone but through a different company because i hate apple as a company but love the i phone 4 if that makes any sense

Love apol., 29 Sep 2010I really really like to buy this phone, but its soooooo expensive...
I hope apple will make a... moreiPhone WILL NOT produce a phone for the lower end of the market because of the following reasons:
- They do not focus on getting the latest technology in their phones. It's only with the iPhone 4 that the technology is finally at a level considered "top end" (or near top end). For them to produce a lower spec phone to cater for the lower end of the market, they'd have to go a few steps lower than the iPhone 3GS (which is still an expensive phone if purchased offline).........could you imagine a phone with much lower specs than the 3GS? It would be similar to the original iPhone with no 3G.
- Their main selling point is the easy to use operating system and the multitude of apps available. That's what's driving a lot of the sales for this phone. By having a low spec version, people would have access to the same appstore and user interface (well, a similar interface anyway) for a lot less money....which would hurt sales of the iPhone 4.
- The Apple fanboys would be happy enough to get the lower spec iPhone just for the sake of proudly telling their friends and family that they own an iPhone (without mentioning that it's the budget version).

HTC also copied them so are getting sued too.
Apple spends billions on R&D and are allowed to protect their investment from useless dinosaur companies that can't drag their junk phones from the stonage without copying Apple.

Take look just this 47 also patent-related issue.IE false patent markings in product documentation.

Apple behaving like there is no law or regulations for them.
Personally I do have an iPhone 3GS but do not approve such behavior.
Regarding iPhone 4 I still waiting for new improved model without "death grip". Maybe tomorrow will be announced?
