I'm going to be getting this soon, might use it for a while and if i like it I'll keep it, if not i will sell it and get the wave. One question though, from what i remember hearing its not just an easy straight forward thing to put your contacts into the phone. Is it easy or is it complicated?

Anonymous, 13 Sep 2010No real multitasking, remember? You sure you have an iPhone? What do you mean by "real" multi tasking? Try running apps in your background, you can still receive calls and messages. Safari resumes where I left off. iPod keeps playing, but any game you play is paused. What more do you want? Infant I'm typing this on my iPhone and it alerts me of a Facebook notification because I was on fb earlier.

Wait... Do you have an iPhone? I don't think so, your just talking stuff you heard from other iPhone haters. Explain yourself please.

The Apple reviewer said it's the most power chip ever to be used in a smart phone and so powerful its been used in the ipad. That is not slow!
And he said the future with tv set boxes and game systems. I think there is jealously that this chip is
exclusively Apples and its secret weapon
and why the games are so good
PowerVR SGX 535x graphics built in, which its 3x the power of any other competing smartphone in its class.

Lets keep this debate going so we can get over 40% interest.

Multitasking is the best on this phone.
I don't want 86 Apps running anyway.
Just you wait until 4g is out

Read Only Memory is the kind of memory you have in CDs and DVDs so that doesn't help it run more apps.

random access memory does, and the iphone and galaxy have the same amount. so no, the galaxy ain't better than iPhone at multi tasking, if anything the iPhone is better cos it does it in a way not hurting the battery life. (the galaxy has a bigger battery i know)

[deleted post]Dear ignorant iPhone hater.

iPhone 4 has multi tasking, and does so without draining the battery as much as your android favourite. i know because i leave skype running in the background and i get calls off people.

your android drains your battery like a bitch while running everything in the background. oh btw, i said "your android" because android is the only other platform that does multi tasking. incase you were unfortunatne enough to be a symbian user, then you don't have a proper app store so you can't talk about multi tasking and if you own a RIM then you can't run proper applications in the first place hence dis-qualifies you from talking about multi tasking.

i'm not here to bash any other phones, after all it's your preference. all i'm doing is defending the iPhone from iphone haters. you failures.

Well, this new model of iPhone comes up with some notable improvements over the previous models, it really is a shame not to have a capacity adequate RAM to work fast and efficiently. I still believe the iPhone has everything to improve this aspect.
