Anonymous, 01 Sep 2010OMG VIDEO CALLING FROM MOBILE TO MOBILE!!!!!!!!!!! wow apple arrived 4 years late to the party... moreLol but now watch as it will become mainstream. Apple's strength is getting people to use technology in daily life.
Look at the UMPC, what happened to it? Now look at iPad. Which would you rather be? The first? Or the more successful? I would prefer to be the latter.
OMG VIDEO CALLING FROM MOBILE TO MOBILE!!!!!!!!!!! wow apple arrived 4 years late to the party and still there are people who believe that this is futuristic. Apple has yet to use a(hardware) feature on their phone that they have invented themselves. They just take whatever is going out of style and they make it sound futuristic for their fuckin fanboys who think that they are buying THE BEST phone. I bet u that the next generation of phones are gonna have video calling on them. Just as we began to realize it was useless we have to have it cs apple does
Lol they're just trying to revive antennagate. Even with the full might of the media it didn't work. Why? Because it doesn't exist! Sure you can degrade signal like in any other phone. Truth of the matter is, Changewave survey proved iPhone 4 signal performance is the best yet from Apple. No wonder the other smartphone companies are scrambling to copy Apple. If they're so unique, wonder why day Bu day they look more and more like iPhone lol!
[deleted post]I have no problems making or receiving calls, matter of fact I get signal in low quality areas where my old phone didn't work.
Dropped calls are a symptom of AT&T's network, Americans have been whining about it for years, AT&T's competitors were even basing ad campaigns on that issue since long before the iPhone 4 was even thought of.
Posted from my iPhone 4, with no case while held in a "death grip" squeezing the antenna join with the palm of my hand.
Anonymous, 31 Aug 2010You do realise that instructions on how to hold phones so as not to affect signal quality have... moreIf you repeat that enough times it might become true...
No it won't. Any phone can lose SOME signal. No other phone is responsible for this many dropped calls. By repeating that it's not the case you're just putting people in danger (RIP because he couldn't call the emergency) but the planet is overpopulated anyway, so: Thanks and keep up the good work!
[deleted post]You do realise that instructions on how to hold phones so as not to affect signal quality have been printed in phone manuals for over ten years.
Nokia can demonstrate prior art.
And another thing - I find it so funny that all these iPhone haters actually took the trouble to visit this website, click on iPhone 4 and post a reply! Guess you people are not so interested in your own phone huh?! I came here actually looking for reviews and honest opinions from people who own the phone, or questions from those who are interested in the phone. A lot of people here need to get a life. Try going out and making friends!
[deleted post]Haha yeah you're right this place is like a preschool. The reviews and articles are great but the opinions and comments sound like a bunch of five year olds fighting. Just be happy with whatever phone you have and if you're not happy, go get whatever phone you want! It's just a phone, it's not that big a deal!
