Nokia went against the agreements they made and deserve to be punished, which they will be, when it get's to court, just like they had to pay Qualcomm for stealing their technology.

Yep i tried both the N8 and iPhone 4.
N8 hasn't been released yet but comparing the 2 N8 has the better features. iPhone is good for apps and thats about it.

Anonymous, 02 Sep 2010HDR Photo is xerox patent technology not Apple just do your homework before you your stupidity. Who cares? HDR is coming to iPhone! This will definitely raise the bar for cameras on mobile phones. Bravo!

Rage demo, Project Sword demo, just a hint of what the iPhone is capable of. Android will continue to sell loads of course, but for gaming iOS is where it's at!

In my opinion the N8 is an ok phone, but definitely overhyped. I fail to see what I could get excited about it. A list of features just doesn't do it for me. As soon as the next phone with better features comes along, the N8 will be forgotten in history. Not a very iconic phone.

i will never use a phone that i can't maximize the features. This phone is an example. You can say that technology behind this phone not really advance since it prioritize what the manufacture want for us not what we want. Open our eyes that 'name' is just a name.

Anonymous, 01 Sep 2010Explaining why the iphone works for us does not necessarily mean we're making excuses for it. ... moreWell said. Funny how they seem to preach free choice, EXCEPT for iPhone. And yup, I noticed how angry they are too. Really quite sad, but I guess we all have issues one way or another.
On the subject of camera, just announced at the keynote event, the iPhone 4 camera will be even better soon with High Dynamic Range photos built in. Looks pretty good.
