indigo, 15 Aug 2010may b dats so 1995 but dat doesnt mean its not important, its basic u c,universal SIM cards r u... moreApart from CDMA networks that don't use SIM's, go whine on the Droid forums and the HTC Evo forums they don't even have a SIM card at all.
What happens if you have more than 250 contacts?
Bad luck you've filled a 128kb SIM, SIM card contacts are for schoolkids and old people without the need of more advanced smartphone features.
Anonymous, 15 Aug 2010i'd get my phone on contract, so it wont be the price of the unlocked version...i'd never pay ... morefirst thing did i ever say dat anderoid is best, gud, brilliant whatsoever..NO
I dont know what system of phone contracts exists in ur country but does sound a little complex to me
in my country u get d universal SIM cards in postpaid n prepaid independence of choosing ur favorite operator, freedom of choosing ur data plan n call tarrifs n most importantly d freedom of switching network if u r not satisfied with d services free of cost n these universal SIM aforementioned can b inserted in any gsm mobile n its very simple,no compulsary contracts n no jailbreaking required at all.FREEDOM.
indigo, 15 Aug 2010but what abt d basic basic bluetooth file transfer???WiFi is a hundred times faster.
Email reaches multiple people around the world all at once.
Uploading to websites reaches thousands of people around the world all at the same time.
Bluetooth you pair to one phone at a time and that person has to be right next to you to do it, how old fashioned.
Anonymous, 15 Aug 2010Stereo bluetooth headsets has been supported for two years now.but what abt d basic basic bluetooth file transfer???
Anonymous, 15 Aug 2010The SIM contact list is next to useless it stores one name and one number in it's 64 or 128kb ... moremay b dats so 1995 but dat doesnt mean its not important, its basic u c,universal SIM cards r universal giving u d complete INDEPENDENCE to choose ur network operator
buddy even u know what freedom of choosing operator means widout threating ur warranty.
BrianAW, 15 Aug 2010That's RIGHT..
Im iphone 4 user before..
And Im so regret after buying the icrap phone..... moreThis one is dedicated to you Brian:
I am user IPhone 4 best smartphone, you Crapdroidz is delusion with you of techless. So perfunctory, you live in coco land. Wake up from your dream, and you will see truth!
How did I do? Hope it is up to your standard

Im iphone 4 user before..
And Im so regret after buying the icrap phone..It cant even called a phone with poor signal reception and it dropped calls by only using your one finger touch the "death line area"..LOL
You know, god give everyone brain to ability to make judgement..
Dont fool yourself..
Anonymous, 15 Aug 2010other company use to learn what user need n give d best to their user, but what apple give u, ... morewell, god isnt real....so already youre point is invalid
also, youre simply proving my point from an earlier post, there are fanboys on BOTH android and iphone, and will defend there OS despite the logic that people throw at them. you sir are a fine example of someone who just wont accept that the iphone is a good phone because you think android is superior simply because it fits your needs better than the iphone
ill say it again, if you jailbreak the iphone it can do almost everything that you need it to do, but you have to know how to make the device work for you, just like you have to know how to make android devices work for you.
yes there is an antenna issue, and yes a bumper fixes it...but i plan on getting an actual case, so i really dont have to worry about reception issues...i always get cases for my phones so antenna issue or not, my phone would have one. for those who dont get a case, the antenna issue isnt bad unless youre in an area with low coverage to begin with. that and at&t isnt all that grand either...
another point to bring up...you say we are brainwashed and that we go for apple products and we worship steve jobs ect........well let me ask you, and this is the tricky part since im throwing more logic at you, what do you think YOU are doing when you buy a product from say, google? you dont think that what you say to apple users applies to you? because according to you, if i buy apple, im a worshiper, soo technically, if you buy from google, youre a google worshiper correct?
if you disagree then your points towards apple users are void, and if you do agree well...clearly im talking to a brick wall and i should stop lol.
apple Q&A CONCLUSION :
You know.We re no perfect..we know,you all know..actually no phone perfect!!! - said st3ve j0b
(Gosh..perfunctory too much..whats wrong with you??? Now we knew..we knew it..actually..is it blaming and do in a perfunctory is y0ur personality??? lol)
Not only iphone 4 having the same problems..also,Blackberry Bold 9700,M0t0 Droid Eris,Samsun g Omni a TOO!!!
(O M G..are you sure this is out of his "stinky blaming mouth" ???!!! The apple chairman & ceo, apple in c)
This is what called being a human..when you started done good..other people must critizm or stuck on you!!!
(I really dont understand what are you talking..!!! Now is your owo problem..why do again..agained blamin g..)
[deleted post]other company use to learn what user need n give d best to their user, but what apple give u, u have to learn what apple want from u ,stupid enough ?
spend lots of money n yet listen to him, pray for him, obey him, DON HOLD IT THAT WAY or get a bumper , did god provide u a normal brain?
Anonymous, 15 Aug 2010The only thing Android is open to is NETWORKS loading them up with crap, it's the same with Sy... morethere is no chance for basic mac to get near KING android
iphone4 OS only can have little chance to get near nokia S40 OS , cant even better than it, so stop dreaming ur featureless iphone4 could be same as those hightech smartphone, iphone only in stupidphone category
Anonymous, 15 Aug 2010i'd get my phone on contract, so it wont be the price of the unlocked version...i'd never pay ... moreThe only thing Android is open to is NETWORKS loading them up with crap, it's the same with Symbian, it's OPEN so phone networks can modify it, lock it down and add their junk.
These open OS's aren't for the consumers benefit they are for phone networks benefit.
Apple is almost the only company which doesn't allow networks to load a phone with garbage.
indigo, 15 Aug 2010see m not going by what ppl say,the things that really exite me abt d ip4 r d user experience,... moreThe SIM contact list is next to useless it stores one name and one number in it's 64 or 128kb of memory.
I prefer a proper contact list with multiple numbers, email addresses, street addresses, photo and notes which cannot be stored on the SIM, I like syncing OTA with GMail, Yahoo, MobileMe or others as when I add a contact on my laptop it is on my phone straight away and when I add a contact on my phone it is on my laptop straight away, if I lost both my phone and my laptop I can access all my contacts from anywhere with an Internet connection.
Get with the times, SIM contacts are so 1995, although none of the CDMA Droids or the HTC EVO have SIM's either go have a whine to them as well after your done writing down your contacts in a little book, like your grandmother does.
For those who dislike Iphone...try using the phone for a while before you make those judgment. In fact, you should if you want to "tear down" the technology and state of the art test facilities that Apple has put into this product.
Is pointless to literally hear say and start your own version of "Iphone sucks..." story. Use the phone! And, start your statement as "I have used the Iphone, and I found it...." then I would say your story is worthy of our time.
indigo, 15 Aug 2010yeah most things do last beyond d warranty but some ppl might not b as lucky as u r,so den wha... morei'd get my phone on contract, so it wont be the price of the unlocked version...i'd never pay thaat much for any phone
also, with android, you gain the open OS and tons of features, but you trade reliability for it. thats the good thing about apple, its OS doesnt change much, so porting things over is very easy, but with android, you sorta have to gamble which device will get which update. you can root your device and get the rom version of the latest update, but then you have the same issues of jailbreaking, it voids warrenty....so both have bad things about then, and both are popular in the media...and sadly, both have die-hard fanboys that will defend the phone and its OS without any logical thought
ill be getting a new phone this week since ill be renewing my contract, im just trying to decide what is best for me lol, atm iphone 4 is still a better option imo since android hasnt finalized a top end OS version, and is constantly growing....which is great, but its doing it too fast and it leaves some devices in the dust simply because of hardware limitations. maybe next year ill be more convinced to get an android, but hey, im still tempted by the captivate, the thing is just amazing^^
Anonymous, 15 Aug 2010yea it voids warranty everywhere if im not mistaken.
still, its less than a year now till i... moreyeah most things do last beyond d warranty but some ppl might not b as lucky as u r,so den what do dese ppl do??iphone4 is an expensive device n is difficult for many to afford so everyone needs 2 think 10times before jailbreaking it atleast for the sake of their hard owned money,
just observe what negetives i hav written abt d ip4 n den think deeply n make ur choice frm ur heart, just go dont go by popularity or d media hype.
indigo, 15 Aug 2010i dont know abt other countries but in my country airtel n vodafone exclusively provide d ipho... moreyea it voids warranty everywhere if im not mistaken.
still, its less than a year now till iphone 5...or 4gs comes out lol, and most things last past the warranty anyway:P but yea, i can understand wanting to hold on to it just in case.
im still not sure if i should get this or the samsung captivate xD, both phones are too awesome
Anonymous, 15 Aug 2010why not just jailbreak your phone and remove the restrictions?i dont know abt other countries but in my country airtel n vodafone exclusively provide d iphone n jailbreaking d device would permanently void d warranty,so it remains a restriction if i want 2 njoy may warranty as well.
