Oh wait.. can't you just get a full refund anyway?
Several conclusions:
1. You have a low IQ or have never heard of something called reading - Paying a lawyer just to get a refund which Apple had already announced anyway
2. You are untrustworthy - You go through all the trouble, using lawyers etc. Your part of the deal was to keep it secret and what do you do? Blurt it out on the internet
3. You are a liar - Do I really need to explain this one?

My phone had serious reception problems when holding it in a particular way (death grip) .MY lawyer sent apple a letter threatening to sue them. After that apple agreed to refund me full amount for my old phone.However they said
that i should keep this deal secret.but i telling it here as who cares for apple.If they have some business ethics , then they should have themselves offered replacement for this faulty phone design.
By the way i live in Virginia, USA.

from what ive heard the firmware is awesome,
even in poor condition it gives 5 bars, making it signal king. It must re-amplify using the yet untap
dual antenna design in full, through code software antenna tuning its called, compensates for various resistances in real time.
Thankyou guys, Apple is with us on this.

Where so head up in the clouds when this was released and said that Nokia N8 has only 33% of interes. Now look at it. This has 77% and N8 has 92%.

If the 5 bar update gives you 5 bar everywhere it gives you 5 bars even in those places where it should not be possible right? Then this comes to mind. For all logic it drives the battery empty faster than it should right? Then the running times of the phone are not the same anymore.

Apple have released a new software to help with the Antenna issue, OS 4.0.1. they say that the formula they use to calculate how many bars of signal strength is wrong. so it is showing more/less bars than it should. i wish they would make up their minds is it software or hardware causing the fault?

Just want to take a step back, and thank all the Android fans for making a lot of noise, helping the small group of users with antenna issues.
Now, Apple will take steps to make one of the best mobile phones in the world, even better. I truly cannot wait!

Of course there is no problem as 2 million Apple Ipone 4 users can't be wrong. Steve Jobs said there is no issue. So there is no issue HE DOES NOT LIE! I have learnt not to touch the bottom left hand side and I have good signal now. Holding the phone with one hand at all times.
Steve does give free bumbers I would like to have a collectors true supporters bumber so people can tell we are the guys that stuck by steve when the fake signal issues were posted.

Iphone4 has change the way we use our mobile phones with
1.Super Weak Glass - Breaks after 4 times
2.Super Weak Signal - Drops calls often
3.Super Weak Battery - Drains alot
I regretted buying this S.O.B they should really remake another iphone with plastic not GLASS!!!?!!

MY 1000$ WASTED. Who dosent drop their phone accidentaly I even have casing with bumbers but it still crack. now i have a dead phone Just dropped once and it cant be turned on its on normal house floor. Flame me for all i care BUT THIS SUX

I had decided to stretch my budget to buy iPhone because of its exceptional design. Unfortunately the experience was quickly spoiled by the fact that the phone cannot be used properly the way I like to use it. There is a design flaw in the phone which causes reception to get weaker and weaker and eventually cut out if you touch the bottom left corner of the phone while holding it. I have had this experience dozens of times. It happens more on some days than others, perhaps to do with how dry my hands are. It also seems more affected when signal strength is normal rather than very strong.
It is difficult and annoying to keep on trying to avoid touching the phone in that place. For me, the phone is flawed and I would like to exchange it for a different brand.
I was in store on Monday morning with my paperwork, requesting a cancellation and a refund so I could start a different contract using a phone which does not have this problem. I was told by the staff that they do not refund Apple products. They said they would be able to refund any other phone, but not Apple products. I was very surprised when they said I should take it up with Apple as I had not given Apple any money, so they would be unable to refund me for the faulty product.
I then called Orange support, and they said their phone stores operate differently from the Orange stores, and that I have the right to get a refund and to change to another phone/contract and that I should speak to the store manager there. My concern is that time is marching on and I am being forced to use a phone which I want to keep in perfect condition to return to you, but cannot as the store manager is away till next week.
