Apple law:
Apple will not produce thing that the battery is removable.
All Apple products is using that law.
All MacBooks, iPod, etc.

The UI that you are talking about is xerox technology, gsm edge, wlan, wifi, 2,3,4g s40 webkit is nokia technology.
Apple had taken microsoft to court over the use of the UI you are talking about but, the judge throw the case out because that technology did not belongs to apple or microsoft, it's xerox technology.
The judge told apple the cannot claim that microsoft was wrong because that technology was xerox not apple & it was in use before apple was incorporated.
You need a reality check.
