Nothing to do with Apple
Anonymous, 04 Jun 2012You are so ignorant and confuse Apple with phone service providersCan you not answer the question? I specifically said why has Apple blocked a feature like that?
Anonymous, 03 Jun 2012512 ram of iPhone =1.4G ram of Samsung..lol! hahahaits not all about the RAM, IOS is not a resource hogging OS unlike android. Compare 512MB androids to iphone 4s, tell me which OS lags, I know you know the answer. lol.
BOTTOMLINE: Its the OS (optimized and trimmed properly) and user experience that matters, if iphones does have 1GB of RAM than it would totally be awesome since even a 512MB iphone 4s can perform better than any of the top performing dual-core androids.
Anonymous, 04 Jun 2012I get it free on my networkThat's still not an answer, why do they block it? Because yes it is "free" on usually the more expensive tariffs but why have Apple blocked a feature like that?

Anonymous, 04 Jun 2012Oh are on the wrong forum we discuss IPhones hereAlright then tell me your view why Apple blocks Tethering and costs an extra $15 on top of data you already paid for when Android is totally free.
I have unlimited internet on my Galaxy S3 and regularly let people use the WifI tethering to browse on their phone. Because you know just saying.

Anonymous, 03 Jun 2012Well with so little RAM they manage to be number one in customer satisfaction: As you can see... moreYou now divert the topic of discussion to customer satisfaction because your argument with RAM is shot! IPhone gathered the data of customer satisfaction rating from ordinary simple users and NOT from tech geeks.
