Christina, 07 Nov 2016This happens to me all the time as well! Did you find a solution?No I didn't yet. Well I work at a phone company and we usually perform hard resets or replace the battery, if any of the two does not work then our customers need to buy another phone or we replace it for them if they're still under warranty. That's why I posted my phone issue here hoping there might be another way to resolve it.

Hello guys I need a little help here! I had this iPhone 5 since last year and it was given to me by my cousin because she upgraded to the iPhone 6 so basically it's secondhand. Now this phone had been constantly turning off by itself and the battery drained quickly from 100 % to 1 % in just a few seconds most specially when I turned the cellular data on. Now I can't even use the regular features without keeping it plugged in to my power bank. Can this be resolved by simply doing a hard key factory reset? It would be much costly to get the battery replaced.

santha, 25 Oct 2016I got I phone 5 and using happily but few days back its not functioning. Battery not charging.... morehi santha, yes you need to check your battery and if still the same, you need to check the battery IC. idk what its called but i have this problem before.
