Strikes me to see that a iphone 5 16gb cost 699$ but those the materials used are scratch magnets. After 1 month using it looks a year old. Premium price but where is there premium quality?

This iteration of ios 6 is not good.
Lose alot of good core apps. Youtube and maps are not the same anymore..
Huge change in the api.. plus increase in screen size means alot of apps looks ugly and sometimes crashes.

[deleted post]Stuff like this has been happening for years. Apple has been a victim of this madness since they started the GUI in 1984. Microsoft borrowed their idea then stole the idea. Apple tried suing Microsoft but lost. Their "mouse" idea was also stolen by others, on top of, and the reinvention of the smartphone. Apple has every right to protect it's patents, and anyone that makes something similar, they have every right to pusue legal actions.
They launched the tablet in 2010, however you fandroids claim "its been invented already" however I've never seen such items in the past.

It's part of business bro. Don't hate. Apple is a cocky arrogant company, that will use whatever means to take out its competition. It's fair game for apple too, as they are also being sued for many things. You win some, and you lose some. Apple is ready for any lawsuit. funny how you had to say, Knowledgeable. to me, knowledgeable are the tech reviewers. Stop embarrassing yourself, silly fandroids.

Woot iPhone and iPad are steamrolling the competition. Wow!
"Apple's tablet "generated more traffic than any other tablet or smartphone, reaching nearly 10 percent of online shopping," according to IBM's report. The next device in line was the iPhone, with 8.7% of shopping traffic, then ALL ANDROD DEVICES COMBINED with 5.5% of traffic. The iPad's 10% slice of mobile retail translates to a whopping 88.3% of tablet shopping traffic, with the Nook, Kindle and Samsung Galaxy tablets all eking out shares of 3% or less."
[deleted post]It means that the company remains healthy, despite all the "Apple is dying" propaganda Android trolls keep repeating like a mantra. It also means I will still see an iPhone in 2017.
Android manufacturers are already considering Plan B, WP8 as none are making great profits except for Samsung. HTC and Motorola for example, have both stopped selling phones in Korea due to poor financial results.
Lastly, greater profits means they can continue spending on R&D and produced rear products with great material and build technology. Unlike Samsung, they don't copycat to save on R&D costs.
