The phone wear down is based on how well the user maintains it's phone. I have a friend who has a IP5 since launch day. She has no case for it, and it looks perfectly fine, after the 2 months of use. Fail argument. Just another anti apple article. The last sentence is the most fail when he said go for a more durable s3.

This iteration of ios 6 is not good.
Lose alot of good core apps. Youtube and maps are not the same anymore..
Huge change in the api.. plus increase in screen size means alot of apps looks ugly and sometimes crashes.

[deleted post]Stuff like this has been happening for years. Apple has been a victim of this madness since they started the GUI in 1984. Microsoft borrowed their idea then stole the idea. Apple tried suing Microsoft but lost. Their "mouse" idea was also stolen by others, on top of, and the reinvention of the smartphone. Apple has every right to protect it's patents, and anyone that makes something similar, they have every right to pusue legal actions.
They launched the tablet in 2010, however you fandroids claim "its been invented already" however I've never seen such items in the past.
Don't hate. It's a f in business. Currently Samsung is being sued by
Apple,
Nokia
L.G
Erricson.
It's part of business bro. Don't hate. Apple is a cocky arrogant company, that will use whatever means to take out its competition. It's fair game for apple too, as they are also being sued for many things. You win some, and you lose some. They even have Samsung Stores with display tables with products on the table and their reps wear blue shirts, a white wall theme, bright lights. WTH!!! Nokia is going to ding em for the wirless charging technology.
