http://blog.gsmarena.com/apple-los... moreThat's because UK courts actually work and while far from perfect they usually in the right direction.
While US courts aren't corrupted but their legal system is broken, unevolved and completely biased towards making big US companies even bigger on a world scale, and the fact that they can get a patent for pretty much any wild claims they make is part of why they so big now, because if Apple ran things exactly as they do now but we're based in any other country they'd probably be bankrupt by now.
And now Apple is tasting the bitter medicine it had sown.
Iphone 5 king, 19 Oct 2012Had mine for almost 35 hours! And tea i encounter the glitching on the screen on my iphone 5 b... moreWe can more than afford to buy iPhone. If we were able to buy several vehicles, houses and expensive gadgets, then why not afford a cheap iPhone??? The problem is we don't want to patronize products made by the world's most arrogant fruity company who did more litigation than innovation just to stifle competition. All their actions- like overpricing their products, lying to customers through ads, parent trolling, litigating other phone manufacturers, making false claims (like claiming that iPhone 5 is the world's thinnest smartphone when in fact it's not, and claiming that Apple maps is the most beautiful, most powerful maps app ever and ended up a flop) all these things really make me sick.
Iphone 5 king, 19 Oct 2012Had mine for almost 35 hours! And tea i encounter the glitching on the screen on my iphone 5 b... moreI can guarantee almost no one actually has a problem with the iPhone 5 itself, but people do have a problem with Apple's business practices and way they use their power and influence for corporate bullying.
And a lot of people just don't give a crap about all that as long as they get a new phone and it works how they want, but a lot of people actually do care about the way Apple does everything possible to destroy their competition and thousands of people losing jobs because their business practice seems to be to win at any cost and stampede anyone in their way.
I mean you have to give respect where respect's due for the way they so devious under the surface but managed to convince so many people they all shiny and nice on the surface.

I just don't get why people who cant afford to buy this phone is so angry and post their hatred here. Are they being paid for it so they can afford to buy iphone 5? I mean if sg3 is the best phone for then post your comment in the samsung gs3 not here apple lovers here!
Nothing really special that we haven't seen before on other brands/models. Decent phone, really overpriced.

You've been spamming this page pretty badly. I'm not trying to agree or disagree with you here, but it makes you look like a marketing shill.
In only three weeks since launch the iPhone 5 has already outranked all mobile phones for web presence, accounting for 3% of all mobile web traffic.
One third of the current Android fans will be cheering for WP8 in a few months time. iPhone users will be here waiting, saying I told you so.
The iPhone and iOS grows at a steady rate, each generation rings in new customers, word of mouth from loyal customers, happy with their product. Android is not so easy to predict, as the bulk is from feature phone owners who simply upgraded to cheaper smartphones.
This is why even though market share wise Android is bigger, iPhone actually leads the way with web usage for example. With WP8 coming into the picture, also with cheaper smartphones, Android market share logically is simply set to tumble. The only question is by how much?
Apple takes the crown again. What an incredible piece of innovation. Use it to believe it. Others tell the most famous tech lie "i don't use Apple products coz i don't wanna be called a fanboy." The truth is "I don't have enough money to enjoy the best things in life." p
iPhone coming out to yet more countries soon with wave 3 launch. Already millions have their hands on the iPhone 5, and it is doing the job of marketing by itself, no advertisements required.
[deleted post]Lol hmm now I'm not sure whether you're for or against lol, cos some would find that awesome.
Anandtech reviews the iPhone 5. "One well iced cake"
What I have been saying time and time again, now the tech experts are beginning to question.
Windows 8 tablets a threat to Android tablets, which may lead to a halo effect to its smartphones.
