I've had my iPhone 5 for about a week now, and I love it. It's fast, with a super snappy response. The camera produces crisp, clear images. The user interface is simple and easy to use, and you cannot deny the impressive aesthetics of this phone. It's lightweight, despite all its features, and the aluminium backing makes the phone feel not only sturdier than the plastic on S3's and Note 2's, but looks great also.
The new earbuds deserve more credit; it pumps sound directly down your ear canal so there's no need blasting your music on high volumes, and it fits better in my ear too.
I am loving the iPhone 5, but I won't go to say that its better than the Samsung S3, or Note2. It really is down to personal preference what people prefer.

i'm a huge apple fan , i got the macbook, ipad , and previous 4s user and recently i switched. i was waiting for the iphone 5 to released back couple of month ago and finally when it released i was hoping it didn't . all the excitement were totally gone and it just really look like either a rush product or they just don't have any new ideas. when i went to my local phone shop they have a iphone 5 on display and i was amaze no one want to look at it , there isnt anyone playing with it. i guess there is nothing much to fiddle with as is pretty much the same to the previous and the previous ,previous .........after seen my gf galaxy note and some new androids on the market it just make the look iphone really outdated. so i've switched to galaxy note 2 and enjoyed every feature that is missing on the iPhone . oh yeah one warning :using the iphone for to long makes you dumb, as there is a amount of learning curve when you switched to new upmarket device . there is just too much feature on other devices.

They were all the top companies during their time and now all of them had fallen victim to changing market trend. Soon Apple will join them because too many people are already sick of the litigations that Apple had been throwing to every tech company plus the restrictions of the Apple ecosystem.

Because Apple almost totally relies on iPhone and history has shown that tastes can quickly change, and while they doing well now who knows what's gonna happen in the near future, because Apple could just sue the wrong person and seriously affect their reputation or other manufacturers team up against Apple and not let them use any of the features that they patented which makes iPhones even more basic.
I mean there's any amount of huge companies that took a sudden fall for any amount of reasons and since Apple has all their Eggs in 1 basket they have nothing to fall back on like Samsung has.

-Super Retina Display... moreApple don't need to make an announcement to know what the 5S will have on it, because again it will be an identical phone using the same processor maybe 20% overclocked, possibly a 12mp camera with burst mode like S3 has and probably have NFC and probably take some popular App from the App Store and include it in IOS like they did with Siri.
I mean this is just how Apple works by giving as little new features as possible each year so each new phone looks like it has something new on it.
And the average Apple customer knows F all about advancements in the Tech world so even though things have been around for years they think it's new and think Apple created everything.

So Apple just keep catching up whatever features that comes out with Android so as not to be left out in the smartphone race. Remember the notification bar that Apple had copied? The face unlock that they claimed as theirs then applied for patent?

I dont have this phone but i own one of the best iphone and I say it is amazing . I know many haters in this forum will disagree with me. But let me ask you this. What are you doing here if don't like this phone? Are you trying to convince people that already bought this phone and hate it as much as you do? Or are you just plain and simply bashing out this phone and hold up high your own phone? People who bought this, love this and use this as a communication tool. Remember, the basic function of the phone is to stay connected. Games and apps are only secondary or do not count much. I take care of things I own cause I want them to last. So, whatever phone you own, the most important thing is that your are connected to the people you value in your life!

As far as I know android offers a total independence when it comes to utilize and customize the entire os,, you know, its a real shame that you guys r so preoccupied by the apple logo that you all even buy a piece of rock paying 900$ just because it has a apple logo on it.

just been over a week since im using the iPhone 5 and im disgusted of it. earlier i was using the Note. i regret having changed it for this. it aint a phone for power users atall. one can barely multi task anything and the battery life sucks. i am an executive with a field job and dont always have a power point handy... barely in a few hours of usage my iphone shows low battery.
I feel android was much more flexible than iOS.
iOS in comparison feels very restrictive. I dont understand for what did i pay the cost of an Iphone5 for? the screen is smaller the battery life is bad and it cannot multitask efficiently. also for most apps i need to pay and buy. not to forget many features like FM radio NFC etc arnt available in it.
Feel like an utter fool having spent somuch and gotten so less.
The user interface feels good enough only for dummies. there arnt many detailed customization options like on an android device. I agree the iOS is smoother and quicker but then it also does far lesser work and has far lesser options to give the user. its perfect for ladies and rich dummies who want to feel expensive and operate brainlessly whatevers thrown at them and feel its d worlds best wearing horse blinkers. not tech wizards.
