sorry to say but iphone already died when steve jobs died as well.
time will come that iphone will be forgotten like the big company nokia and black berry.
its the era of android, so do not under estimate its prowess.

S... more"Exactly the same job" is where every Android fan makes the mistake, for they merely measure a feature or tech spec.
iOS is designed very carefully in detail to provide a very unique user experience, which cannot be replicated by Android, for better or for worse. This is partly why Apple products inspire very high loyalty amongst its users.
Not trying to relate iPhone to any supercar brand, but a Lamborghini for instance, and a modified Japanese car, tuned and hacked for example, could both "do the same job" in speed and acceleration, but no way would anyone say that they are the same thing in terms of experience.

Giggle, 17 Oct 2012cheap androids doesn't even qualify as smartphones ( especially those made by chinese companies ).Apart from being slower these Chinese Androids do exactly the same job as iPhone 5, S3 etc.
So aside from you wanting to dismiss them because they cheap explain why they not proper Smartphones.

Galaxy S3 is cheaper than Lumia 920 in Norway but it's way more expensive than Nokia Lumia 920 in Russia. ( No Clue either)

plower, 16 Oct 2012if you're developer. i think develop app for ios are more easy. Because apple only have a few ... moreI completely agree with you. Not just the variations are less, but default layouts are also better in iOS. From amateur developers prespective, iOS is winner. But lets not forget why phones are made, for people and they want choices. Android phones offers them that. But I also think that manufacturers make phone blindly without giving any thought in it. Google should put some minimum hardware requirements for phones supporting android. Otherwise low end phones completely ruin the experience.

Also, I know people use windows on their PCs, so they might even get comfortable to its UI. Also, its a perfect balance between stablity and smoothness and customization. I want Windows to become a good competitor soon, as iOS is hoarded by Apple and doesnt fit everyone's preferences. And its not because its an underdog. I laughed at windows 7 for being lame. But I feel, I was wrong.
Well, only time can tell which one is better. Till then lets just agree to disagree :)

HTC One X+ / J Butterfly (i believe both aer good phone)
Nokia lumia 920/ HTC windows phone 8X (only if you are a fan of windows. Windows 8 looks promising. i hope they wont disappoint, also camera and screen of lumia is better than iPhone 5)
Xiaomi mi 2 (chinese phone built by foxconn. Cheap and awesome value for money. But you might be a little skeptical about it)

iSJ5, 17 Oct 2012its sounds like apple hater!Sorry bro. But what he said sounds sensible to me. I think apple isnt what it was till iPhone 4. It was worth spending that amount of money. Now, its nothing, especially the OS which deserves a place in tech museum.

I want Apple to review this comment very sincerely. India, a country with a population of more than a billion and Apple does not consider it a potential market. How can it be possible?/
