Please accept the truth, with Steve Jobbs' departure Apple's creativity is getting worst, and shape of the phone is just worst one can imagine!

The biggest thing is that Apples customer service is second to none!
I have had dealings with Samsung and they are guilty of false advertising and when you ask for help you are given the run around.
Apple however cannot do enough to help. In the space of 2 years I have been to the Apple Genius Bar 4 times and am totally happy with the service I have received.
Apple have the attitude that you are a valued customer and your are right!!!!!
Samsung don't care, and when you wish to complain they ignore you!
I have my Iphone 5 on order and am looking forward to getting hands on!

Its just like apple to release the same crap with just more gatdgets... they didnt even bother with the camera other than letting it play the competitors phones are taken out by the sony xperia ion, 12mp camera 1080p resolution which all phones can play now and has a better touch screen and fundementals all together... so for me honestly i would go with the samsung or the ion.. phone just wants to rip you off with a few new designs and a slightly altered performance..

last year apple was first place ,now it is in second and next year it will be third because its heart is so small and gives priority for money not for people.it is assembeled in china,apple just put os to make price too high.now nobody wants to pay money just for brand name but cheks specification.in china its been pushed 5th place from second.

apple just release speculation not about performance of iphone 5..without any proved apple claim iphone 5 is the greatest smartphone..only slimness not prove the performance.

Actually, in the US they are kind of forcing you to buy their products, more specifically the Iphone, by kicking the competition out of the market. Apple is a great brand, but it's trying to restrict the consumer's choice in the "all-liberal" America.

I have been reading posts through many pages, but all I can read are all people who are really UNHAPPY with the sucess of iPhone. Believe me guys, nobody (at present) can stop iPhone success and you are just wasting your time attacking Apple or iPhone. Don't you be happy using your favorite brand like Samsung, Sony, HTC, Nokia, BB, etc? Why you are so angry (like angry bird) with the success of iPhone? Those of you who are not using iPhone or does not want Apple products, Apple Company does not force you to buy their products. I am a Samsung fan but I accept that iPhone success is incomparable and I don't know Apple's magic why millions and millions of people are buying their products especially iPhones. Just be guys happy what brand you are supporting. Again, nobody (at this point in time) can stop Apple's success with all their products.
