Hmm after looking at the picture of iphone 5.. i have the following personal comments:
... Earphone jack below. HOW TO DOCK AND USE THE earphone jack at the same time?
Now they increase the height of the phone.. WHY have the power button on the top.. not the side for ease of access??
Other then that, it looks quite ok..
again n again n again "no radio (fm)". when will apple understand the requirement of the 80 % ppl using radio in cell phone.
what a shame apple... !!!
Anonymous, 13 Sep 2012And yeah, lol at all the sudden "disappointed ex Apple owners". Mwahahaha who are yo... moreGalaxy S3 beaten by the Lumia 920, are you serious? I'm not a Samsung fanboy, but the Lumia is not better than the S3. I like Android overall, don't care what brand of phone it is. I hate Apple though and I have my reasons for that after personal experience. Android is the best OS you can ask for in a mobile device and Apple is stagnating.
iSJ5, 13 Sep 2012404 not found! Just explain us!sorry its in the blog section of gsma.. titled 'EDITORIAL: Why did the iPhone 5 skimp on true innovation?'...
check it out..
I-Hype, I-Am-Dissapointed.....dated technology....rehash of some old stuff ... I-Bad
quoted from gsma ..
"On the negative side, the iPhone 5 screen is only 4 inches big, and not only this, but only height was added, which, for instance, would bring no real benefit in most games and would help web browsing only in landscape mode. The camera is mostly the same as on the 4S, and LTE connectivity in Europe is still as scarce as water in the Sahara to be really worth it. Finally, the new sleeker connectivity jack renders all previous docking accessories obsolete.
Honestly, I’m already tired of hearing Apple’s stale remarks how the new iPhone or the new iPod was Apple’s best thing so far. What I wanted to see today on stage was pure innovation, something that would again open new doors and make other manufacturers lose their breath in trying to catch up.
Instead, what I got was a predictable phone with unexciting specs; a phone that I would hardly call cutting edge, top-of-the-line, and all those labels that usually go hand in hand with Apple’s latest. After all, the iPhone has always been the most expensive SIM-free smartphone on the market. "
Nokia Lumia 920 LCD:768 x 1280 pixels, 4.5 inches (~332 ppi pixel density). Apple iPhone 5 640 x 1136 pixels, 4.0 inches (~326 ppi pixel density). "Retina" goes to second place :p
Who cares, crApple iFruitcake UI & design is so 2006. Only the blind, religious zealots of the cult of iFruitcake-ism think it's hip & cool.
After seeing these boring, underwhelming, me-too specs, I'm now willing to pay a bigger price than an hypePhone5 to get the Nokia Lumia 920! Reward true innovation and brilliant design by buying the new Nokia Lumia 920!
Oh my God!!! It seems the old Android smartphones specification. Are you kidding with us, Apple!?
Where are the news on this phone? ;(
Anonymous, 13 Sep 2012kind of disappointing.
not even HD screen.
4" screen only?
still no memory expansion.
... moreif it goes beyond 4" it is not a phone then, its a tablet. apple chose the size so that people wont struggle while using the phone with a single hand.
its not a competition that if s3 is 4.8, apple shuld make 5" display
Apple is starting to look like Porsche. same design year in year out, save for a little tweak here and there. Difference is, with Porsche, it enhances the experience and it makes them unique. In the tech world, it just doesn't cut it. Hugely dissapointing... the I Phone 5. Apple really could have tried a lot harder to bring something more unique to the party.
I used to be an Apple fan but I got rid of my iPhone 4 after about 5 months and upgraded to a Galaxy S2 beginning of the year. I'm not a Samsung fanboy, I just love Android. I have to say this iPhone 5 doesn't impress me at all. It looks like all the previous models and let's face it...it's Apple. Here is what the phone CAN do (huuuuuuuuuge amount of stuff) and here is what we allow you to do with this overpriced little device running on a horrible OS (pretty much nothing) So you'll need to jailbreak it in order to make it even remotely worth it.
Lumia 920 n experia tx only dual core 1.5ghz.. how do want beat sgs3 that use 2gb ram n quad core 1.5ghz? Dont joke around
