Those small charging pins were used by other Smartphones manufacturers years back. And now they are claming that the iphone5 is the "world's thinnest smartphone. Maybe for them. LOL

So, I was an iPhone owner some years ago, I had the iPhone, the first, the 8GB model. When I bought it, I thought that I had in my hands the most advanced phone of the moment, even with its limitations, and I was happy with it. It lasted more or less a year until it was stolen. I thought in buying another iPhone, but I noticed that Apple started to sell new models of phones in short periods of time with almost no changes, and so restricting updates for older models. At that time, the last model was 3GS and I decided not to spend more money in Apple's phone because other brands started to offer more models with almost no limitations with their OS and with better specifications. So I think Apple is just offering things that other brands have already, with the difference that Apple tries to make you think that they are the best when actually they don't. Sorry by my english.

I am using an iphone 4s..Was expecting many more new features on the new iphone...However its not a bad deal to have a large screen phone nd 4g connectivity for the price of an iphone 4s...so i am going 4 it :)

It's slim, it's light and it helped Apple become the most valuable company in the world. Notice how Apple doesn't need to release a phone every 3 weeks to achieve that? Samsung and others should take notes - less is best.

the only thing good about this is how thin it is.
i think apple is purposely making the iphone screen small so to force people to buy the ipad.

this phone is not innovative. They make a lot of false claimes. One thing I give them credit for is the cellular frequencies and the Wi-Fi.

No NFC, no inductive wireless charging, no OIS for the camera, no Super-sensitive touch screen, no Gorilla Glass 2, no exciting colors, no HAAC rich recording.
Lower pixels-per-inch (PPI) on the display, smaller display, worse battery life, mediocre camera specs, slower display refresh-rate. And you can't wear gloves while using it. Therefore I am going to buy the Lumia 920.

Anyways i woudnt want to charge my phone and not hold and use it at the same time. NFC is not widely used, so why? I woudn't want to tap my phone anywhere.
