They should have named it the iFail. Apple really have run out of ideas. The screen isn't even HD! I certainly can't see myself signing a 2 year contract to keep this piece of outdated underwhelming phone.

hey look everyone is jumping on apple for the iphone 5 and blasting them for not being innovative and failing again..
i wonder what people expect .. everyone says this same stupid crap every time.. yknow what? Maybe apple does release phones that arent innovative.. does Apple care? i bet they care a whole lot when they will sell them out worldwide.. yeah, I bet they are really shaking. do you people realize that the majority of phone users dont care if this phone is not the thinnest, most innovative, or most powerful?
God, some people on here could make a career out of bashing apple.. too bad thats all you have to contribute, meaningless hate and bs. Heres a newsflash for some of you: Nobody including apple gives a toss whether you think apple and its devices suck, so really your opinions on the matter are completely pointless to everyone but yourselves. why not actually contribute something useful for a change instead of the same worthless posts that were on here when the 3gs was released?. it makes this site read like its in a timewarp ffs. "apple is so lame their phone is worthless, blah blah blah"..
this also may be tough for some to consider, but not everybody out there buys a phone purely based on specs and which one is faster or has the most battery life. I use all kinds of Devices.. have a 3gs, have an android tablet as well as a bb torch as a work phone.. out of all the devices Ive owned and used/setup for users with work, ios is by FAR the best software out if them all that Ive used.. nevermind the apps. sure some android devices are more innovative and have better faster hardware, but if android still runs like crap on it or if you dont lile the interface. who frigging cares about how fast it is? id rather take an ios phone all day long over a windows phone and the atrocious metro interface, and now ma has gone and screwed windows 8 with it as well.. will i sit online an bash windows 8 all day for no apparent reason? no... i just wont buy it and save my breath.
Ill get the iphone 5 as an upgrade to my 3gs as it will be a great upgrade for me.. im not a power user as I have a life and dont care to be fussing with my phone or send 2000 txts in a day.. I just want a phone that works, is stable and the os is responsive. Thats ios for me. I could give a f if its not the thinnest phone or the most powerful phone or the most popular.
bottom line, some of you should spend more time getting a life and less time bad-mouthing Apple and making yourself look like immature children.

Anonymous, 12 Sep 2012Lol right on cue just as predicted, all the Samsung sheep and haters flooding the comment sect... moreDoesnt need to be a genius to understand that stalking here comes from people who love iphone, who were anxiously waiting for the 5, who were to go for it, and who now feel disappointed. Iphone5 is absolutely excellent, just like 4 and 4S, but not enough to whack the competition.

It's so overated, not just this new one, but all of them. Espetialy now can be noticed how everything is similar. No need to agree on apple's privacy and multimedia selling terms via iTunes.

Aahh I'm using iPhone since iPhone 2. I was a big fan of iPhone till. today's iPhone 5.But Apple u really made me mad. What the hell is this iPhone 5. I buy ur every phone but now there is no way for this iwaste. Now I'm going to move first time on other brand and os.Either ill go for Samsung g3 android or Nokia l920 w8. So. So I have to w8t till Oct.
But now I'm not fan of apple's iPhone..... Apple u really lost ur one older fan and user (me).

I'm a little upset that apple didn't bring anything new to the market. This has all been technology that has been available out there to the general public for years, and all this time has been spent to simply slap on a apple logo yet another iphone 4 ... Calling it an iphone 5 ... Sorry i can't purchase a phone that is a replica of it's ancestor
