i have both phone.we cant compare iphone 4s and gs 3.these two phone total different.no phone can beat iphone.performance is always good as compare to gs3.

People just buy the iPhone (mostly) just to say they have an iphone. And mine you, I will never buy an iphone anymore even though my gf likes it. hahaha

Pirates Of India, 03 Sep 2012Ha Ha......What!!!!......Iphone got v4.0 bluetooth.....and also better than samsung!!i bet your not using iphone and samsung smartphones. iphone bluetooth is useless 'coz you can't even use it to transfer files from one smartphone to the other unlike other bluetooth phones..

I'm thinking of getting one myself just to try it out cause I'm sick of all the hype about gs3 and note 2. Samsung is the number 1 in sales for mobile phones but it's just simply because they sell cheapest phones in the market. I thought of buying gs3 but the design was so ugly. I know it's the best phone on the market right now but for that price I assumed it would look classy. it looks like it's made from cheap plastic material. and dude you said you have a gf? yeah right... keep on dreaming

Tr0ishenly, 03 Sep 2012so what's good with your apple device? apps? can you use it at the same time? hahah i bet you ... moreand not to mention, the logic of having a non-removeable back cover is for Apple to conceal the fact that their iPhones' screen was made by LG, their chipsets were produced by Samsung and their great camera came from Sony! Apple claims that they're the starter of the real technology but without its competitors, they will be nothing!

Is anyone else starting to get bored of mobiles? I used to be mobile obssessive when Nokia and Sharp etc where chucking out button fones and clamshell designs...Thes fones had style and design etc and loved them...Since the modern boring souless slab fones have come out my interest has gone down..I dont mind the s/e p900 type device with fold down ketpad and stylus but full touchscreen is boring me to death.
Things go round in circles and soon button gadgety fones will be back and the new trend will be the smaller fone the more trendier.

Anonymous, 04 Sep 2012Like a few readers here, he is probably fedup with Samsung fanboys who are probably the worst ... moreThe Nokia E6 was high up in the 8.8 and when released went straight to top of gsmarena chart,however within a few hours it disappeared out the cgarts down to 8.1 so folk asked what the hell happened.What happened was nearly 500 votes were cast in few hours by Samsung fans...In fact few other mobiles got bashed and again it was the Samsung folk who did it..
LG or Sony etc never cause this much trouble between brands its always Samsung..The best smartfone ever in the market ever released is the one that suites your requirements,,whats point of having 12MP cam with xenon if you never take photos,,whats point of having biggest memory if all you do is store text documents taking few KB of space,and so on.
8 days till we see what Apple brings us,could turn out to be nothing special at all so i am buying Samsung beam projector smartfone.

In fact, with each release they have a high to low end pricing scheme. Currently:
High end: iPhone 4S
Mid level: iPhone 4
Low end: iPhone 3GS
Apple keeps producing three models for the three broad pricing areas. When the iPhone 5 comes out, iPhone 4S becomes the mid-level phone.
*by the way, Apple does not just produce but also improves. The current iPhone 4 is similar on the outside but actually has improved internals.

In fact, I myself find that other Android fans aren't so obnoxious. Previously tho, Samsung did have a hardware advantage that was hard to dispute.
However the tables have turned ever since Apple gave Samsung a spanking in court. While Samsung recovers from it, it's rivals have caught up and actually surpassed Samsung's offerings which are looking boring. Lumia 920 and Xperia TX for example are brilliant phones which I, as an iPhone fan, am still excited to try out.
This is the difference between fans and fanboys. Fans merely like a certain product and brand, but are not afraid to try or even give credit to good design from other brands. Blind fanboys however think that their mission is to only praise their company and bash others. Samsung fanboys have been annoying others with this for a long time.
People are fedup and are glad that Sony and Nokia will start beating Samsung again.

how can you say that your device is premium? for what? having the name APPLE ? best phone in the world? or best phone you have had? think again;
i didn't say that your device is bad or whatsoever; but the thing is, apple still locked in their limitations; i am not totally impressed with the software or how it behaves; it is still a phone that functions for calls, text, browsing and/or playing; i bet as well that you need to jailbreak your device to purchase expensive apps; don't you???

I work for iPhone Tech and the Av... morewho cares??? lol xD iam currently working with a company that serves a lot of phone ( not mentioning the company name xD) and we are not comparing phones with one another; i understand sometimes iphone is hard to troubleshoot but the thing is, it is important to understand that the apple's limitation with their device won't make this phone a big hit;
and one more thing, if in case apple wants to get a higher rating with their devices, they must release this at the market with lower price; not all of us can purchase this;
