Its great. Not the greatest battery but not horrible, and the small size more than make up for it. And the 4G LTE conection is great, so is the 3G HSPA. One thing that we dont hear about in phones is how stable the mobile data connections are while in fact that is THE most important and too many phones has problems with it, 1mbit constantly is better than 10mbit for 20 seconds and then 2 minutes to cool down before you get another spike. This doesnt happen to iPhone 5s, it doesnt heat up fast when on HSPA or LTE, and when it eventually does get warmer its still stable. My LTE speed at home is 40mbit and no issues so far, that is NOT something you can take for granted with modern phones.
What else? Well, 5s has plenty processor power to run iOS 8 efficiently, Touch ID is fast and smooth, very good camera, best real world gaming performance that puts Exynos big.little octa core chips to shame. Good things do indeed come in small packages.

eliashas, 01 Apr 2015its a gud fone for a person who has money or living in da states I dont live in the states but have lived in both Europe and Asia and i say you got it backwards, its with android you need to live in USA, in most of the world you cannot buy content on android like you can in the states. ITunes otoh lets you aquire content most places. You want everything Google, like magazines and video? Then move to USA, or use the easy solution: iOS.
what are the effects on battery life and other performance parts of iphone 5s after updating to 8.2...any reviews?

AnonD-377432, 29 Mar 2015The thing is, I've only bought full price one HTC Android (at the time) flagship - it was 400 ... moreOh, 899... Yeah the 128GB versions have somewhat stiff price. Hope you have a smooth transition to iOS then, adaptive people usually dont face big obstacles and with most iphone tasks being copied by google there isnt really a big difference anyway.

AnonD-4340, 29 Mar 2015This does not compute. Ad-droid flagships cost around the same or insignificantly less, but yo... moreThe thing is, I've only bought full price one HTC Android (at the time) flagship - it was 400 Euro. I've had the GS3 and GS4 at less than half-price; the GS5 was a gift - fell from my pocket into the sea, we managed to recover it since we were SCUBA diving, but it was useless.
I needed a new phone, that's why I was looking at the Z3C and the iPhone (5S or 6). I'm tired of Android devices that become somewhat laggy after a few months, even after uninstalling everything and resetting.
I'm a power user and I'd be happy to have the same phone for a couple of years like I used to before the "smartphone era".
Anyway, yesterday I bought the iPhone 6 128GB. At 899EUR, it better live up to my expectations. ;)
